As an employee in Roanoke, VA company, I am very upset. It took so long for the hiring process which I ended up starting in December. Completed two days of unpaid training. I was considered a sub/stand by bus aide which was fine until one morning I finally was offered a permanent bus that the special needs students got comfortable with me then by the time I returned back for the afternoon pick up, just to be told that a couple of us were being let go due to the budget. I was there only a month so yall should have known the budget before hiring people. I was offered another job but turned it down because I heard Zum was this and that. We can’t even file for unemployment because we just started so shame on you Zum. Never again!!!!

Newest update: they have sent me a check for the damages and I’ve changed my review to 4 stars as they finally did make it right, but the length of time was a bit long (over 2 months). They need to work on incident resolution processes within the company.

Update: after calling multiple times and perhaps the review, I have been contacted. Their adjuster has come out and we are in process. Once it’s resolved, I’ll fully change my review.

Their bus hit my parklet and they are not calling me back. It destroyed the mirror of the bus and the corner of my parklet.

We have been using Zum from day one and sometimes we use it twice a day. It’s the best service we have ever used. They are on time, and our daughter really likes that she can go to places when we can’t take her. We both have busy schedules at work. Their scheduling department is great and very accommodating even with last minute requests. Awesome service, awesome team!!

The drivers are great and my daughter feels safe with them. The customer service is the worst every. I have sent chat messages, called and never get a reply. Urgent does mean they will get back with you. I would give the drivers 5 stars and customer service 0 stars.

I feel like my kids are getting a second mom driving them to their activities after school. Zum gives me the piece of mind of knowing that while I am being productive at work my kids are getting a safe ride to the activities they enjoy. The drivers make a point of arriving early for pick ups so my kids never wait and the Zum dispatch staff really support their drivers.

A family friend told us about this service they have been using . With multiple kids (3), managing schedules is painful. Zum has helped us manage our multiple schedules, easily.

I wish they could increase the speed of their app. Other than that, no complains. We highly recommend them.

Amazing team of path breakers in electric vehicles. In particular, I think Cdr(Dr) Pallav Prakash is a torch bearer in this regard...sharp as a needle and benevolent as a teacher, he encompasses a superior intellect and charisma.
Kudos to Vivek Sir to have assembled such a wonderful team.

So satisfied and happy with Zum for my kid. A collegue of mine, who was using it for her daughter, suggested it i tried to give it a shot and have not looked back. I highly recommend it for every working parent who finds it difficult to juggle work and commute for their kids. Great service!
