My first time using cab service was wonderful. I had 3 different lady drivers and all were helpful, informative, and great drivers. I had two trips with a gentleman named Jason who was super. He was helpful, kind and we shared a great conversation. My weekend in Loveland was greatly enhanced by your ride service. FYI I am 80 years old.

Unreliable system, unorganized, understaffed drivers and ineffective customer service. My elderly parent needs rides to medical appts and has been left STRANDED on multiple occasions using this company. Since they do not seem to have enough drivers, they might not show up at all, or be 45 min early or 3 hours late (this is aside from the pick up window they give you). They don't seem to have an adequate system to efficiently organize trip orders and match them to their available drivers and their time slots. They just can't be relied upon. Don't bother calling customer service to try to provide feedback, they have a habit of saying "hold please" and then the call gets disconnected.

2 no-shows in one week.
Both rides were booked to doctor appointment. I received text messages the day before both of the scheduled trips confirming the arrangement. Although I received confirmation texts for both there was no attempt to let me know that in fact they would not fulfill the ride. I had to cancel both Dr appointments last minute.

Worst experience for ride service I’ve ever seen. Booked the trip days in advance. Booked the trip for a wheel chair accessible van for a patient. Confirmed morning of 6 times and they tell me after the scheduled ride they are trying to find a driver. Waited 20 minutes and no call. I called them only to find out they didn’t have any driver available. Never rely on this service for it’s unreliable.

Ztrip left my 78 year old father in law stranded with a broken back. We had made a medical transport over the phone requesting a wheel cleaner accessible vehicle a week in advance. We called twice to confirm. We were told we were all set (talked to a real person). 12:00 (30mins of waiting), had to call again and were told there is no guarantee that they could pick him up AT ALL!!!!! When I spoke with the manager she told me “every employee knows that there is no guarantee that anyone would pick him up” I assured them that not everyone knows as I was never informed about this and had I been informed that I never would have put us in this dangerous situation. Ztrip never offered to do anything to rectify the situation. Unacceptable!!!!!! We will never use this service and do not recommend anyone to utilize it for medical transportation!

ZTRIP left my blind mother stranded in Denver. She got a ride from them to visit her friend in the hospital, and when it was time to get home, they refused to bring her back or said it would cost over $200. She was able to get a ride a little north to where the ride wouldn’t be so expensive and she waited hours and the ride never came.

WORST COMPANY IMAGINABLE! Who strands a freaking blind lady?!!

Warning: do NOT count on zTrip to do what it promises!

A few days ago I booked a taxi to be at my house at 4am today, to take me to the Harmony Transfer Center (where I was booked on the 4:30am airport shuttle).

Yesterday evening I received a phone call confirming my reservation.

But 4am came and went, and no taxi showed up.

At 4:05, I called zTrip to find out the driver's ETA, and it turned out that NO DRIVER had been assigned to my reservation yet.

The company did not even care. The person I spoke to in customer support sounded utterly unconcerned that I was going to miss my airport shuttle, and not at all worried about the fact that the company had promised to do something that they clearly had no intention of following through on.

If they had not assigned a driver to my reservation yet, why did they call me last night and confirm that everything was set to go? It makes no sense.

In any case, I will never use this company again. I encourage you, if you value your sanity, to avoid them as well.

WORST TRANSPORT COMPANY EVER.

They excepted my request for transport from a hospital in Loveland, CO at 1030pm. They sent me 3 recorded updates on delay due to drivers busy. After the third notification I did not hear from them again for 1 hour and a half. Called them to request a status. They advised they couldn’t find a driver and closed out my request. No notification, NOTHING.

Now I’m finding in customer reviews this is a regular occurrence. They should not be in business since they can’t conduct themselves professionally.

AVOID USING THIS SERVICE, PLEASE.
