Always on point when the ladies are running the drive thru. The young guys couldn’t give a crap If they give you the correct things even when they charge extra for them. They’re too busy standing around squawking like hens.

I had an issue with my online order, but the manager was very nice and polite and helped me work through my issues without giving too much grief hassle or trouble. Definitely thankful for the nice staff working here on a bad day.

This location has really gone downhill. The last several times I've been here, the chicken tasted like it had been sitting around not fresh cooked.

Traveling from New Orleans to Knoxville, stopped for lunch, I had the fried chicken Zalad, it was not even a decent salad, the greens were wilted and starting to turn to mush, the chicken was warm not hot. My wife had tenders and fries, neither was fresh and hot.

Stopped by here with a few friends while we were on our way back to Texas. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service, the cleanliness, and of course, the food! The food was cook well and seasoned even better. There was a young lady working named Katie Sue and she went out of her way to make sure that we were well taken care of, and she gave great item recommendations from the menu. Even though I think the chicken fingers were super small and puny, I still gave them five stars because I know that is something that is beyond their control. I would highly recommend stopping by if anyone lives in the area!

Besides Zaxby’s being gross in general, this location is exceptionally bad. The service is SO slow, probably because the entire staff is teenagers who stand around laughing and playing on their phones. I stood at the counter and made eye contact with 4 different people before a slightly older guy finally walked by and helped me.
Also, the building itself is GROSS. Why am I looking at dead bugs while I eat? This is the second time I’ve noticed bugs here, and again- if the kids would put their phones down and work, maybe they could clean up some. Even if they just picked up the trash that is everywhere.
And before you wonder “Well why did you go back?”- because my husband insists on the greasiest fast food in town and I can only argue with the man so much.

The place was a mess, it wasn't that busy and the food was cold this day. The drink machine was full of ice that you can barely get your cup in to get drink.
