If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not rent a car from them it's a terrible experience. They are supposed to text you the night before your flight with instructions on how to get to your car. They did not do that with me even though I texted them the night before to remind them they didn't do it. So once I arrived to orlando I had to wait 2 hours because I had no idea where my car was. I had to always call them or text them even when they say they will call you they don't. Bad communication I've never had such trouble with renting a car before. This is the first and last time I book with them. Truly awful experience. I also had trouble with the car it did not want to start called them and they tell me someone will call me to inspect the car. They didn't call I had to call them. Bad communication, they wanted to give me a 20% discount on future reservation. But with this experience who would want to go back to them. Not me. Save yourselves the trouble and go rent somewhere else. Horrible experience, I do not recommend. Happy vacations with you? More like stressful vacations with you.

Wow great customer service. Raizza was our sales rep and she was awesome. She made this process so easy and friendly. Answered all my questions and was really attentive and made sure I felt at ease with the whole process. Made my wish come true of taking my grandkids to a short visit to Disney. Now we will start our adventure and post our experience that we understand will be as awesome as the service. Thanks and soon will be planning another trip.

Best customer service ever. Betssy Segarra guided me thru the process, she was very patience and answered all my questions. Helped me find the best package for me and my family. Also rented a car with them. Picking up the car at the airport was fast and convenient. They even sent me a video of how to get to the parking lot. I definitely will contact Yulio Travel again for the next vacation in Orlando.
