Patricia and Kayla and Your Plan A Events went WAY above and beyond to exceed any expectations we had for what our wedding celebration could be, and created a wedding week experience for us and our family and friends that was truly magical and a once in a lifetime trip for everyone. Patricia and Kayla's attention to detail and support were incredible. They made what could be a very stressful process, so easy and stress free for us, which really allowed us to fully enjoy the incredible events we had planned. The level of service they provided, not only to us but to all of our family and friends planning travel to Costa Rica, was beyond what we would have hoped for. My husband and I went into our wedding planning without any clear ideas on where we wanted to have our wedding or what we wanted our wedding to be like. Patricia and Kayla helped us choose a perfect destination for us (in a country we'd never even been to!), helped us create a vision for what our ideal wedding week could look like, and made it come to life beyond anything we would have imagined. And they did it all while sticking to the original budget expectation they had set for us. We honestly feel like we didn't pay them enough for the level of time and service they provided!

On a personal level, Patricia and Kayla are both incredible people, and we truly feel like we now have two new friends!

A review of Your Plan A Events will never do the work Kayla and Patricia put into our wedding justice. They were integral to creating the most unique, intimate and love filled day. We opted for their Design Planning services and let me tell you… Patricia goes way above and beyond what is expected. She was seriously my favorite part about wedding planning. She is extremely thoughtful, professional, detail oriented, and so incredibly wonderful to work with. She was always available for any questions I had and worked efficiently on special design projects I would throw her way. She is so calm, cool, and collected, and she’s full of the best/most creative ideas. I felt like everything that Patricia had a hand in for our wedding was so unique and thoughtfully curated for my fiancé and I. I really lacked a sense of design and direction before starting to work with Your Plan A Events. After one meeting with Patricia, suddenly everything made sense! I’d like to specifically mention how well researched Patricia is. Even though my wedding was on a small island she had never visited, she learned so much about things like very specific venue details, possible vendors in the area, and any limiting factors such as wind level at the ceremony site. Things I would have never been able to think of on my own, and I’ve been there before! My only regret is not hiring her for full service planning. Do yourself a favor- look no further!!!

Patricia is the best there is, plain and simple. We hired her fairly last minute after some drama with our previous wedding planner and she immediately hit the ground running. It is no exaggeration to say that she saved our wedding.. she has incredible energy and her attention to detail is second to none. Planning a wedding can be very stressful but it never felt that way with Patricia, she made sure we were always on schedule and always had excellent recommendations for vendors, design, etc. 5 stars doesn’t begin to cover it, if you go with Patricia it will be the best decision you ever make.
