Pauline and her team were absolutely phenomenal to work with. From the onsite measurements, discussing our options, including tents, lightings, table and even an extra tent pending permitting. We had so many loopholes to work through with government agencies and Your Party Center was able to meet us every step of the way as the plans for our event changed. This was absolute pleasure to work with Your Party Center, the warehouse manager Dan was present for setup, including being available to answer questions for the fire Marshall and he was so accommodating and kind throughout the process of his team expertly setting up the tents, lighting and walls. We could not have had a successful event without their dedication to their craft, customer service, and their ability to adapt to change. I will recommend them to anyone looking for party or event rentals in the future. Thank you guys so much!!

We had our wedding on 8/20/22 on my sister's property in Hockinson. It's not a wedding venue, so we rented a ton of different items from Your Party Center and from start to end it was an extremely smooth process. They have a large selection of rentals to choose from and their prices were very fair too when I first started looking for a rental company. Jim corresponded with me via email over the months leading up to our wedding and promptly answered any questions I had or made any changes needed to the items on our rental agreement. The delivery was on-time and all of the items we rented were there and of good quality! We will definitely use them again when we need to!

Thank you so much, Your Party Center, for an amazing and flawless event. We rented a tent, table decorations, and service ware for a small backyard wedding in August. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of the planning, delivery, quality of items, and pick up after the event. We couldn't have been more pleased.
The office staff did a wonderful job helping me to figure out what and how many items we would need. They even came out to the site to help us with the lighting in the tent. Communication was prompt and helpful each time I needed to contact them.
The crews that set up and tore down the event were very professional and responsive when we had questions. Having never planned an event before, this was very helpful.
The quality of the tent, and table ware was exceptional. It was very well organized so we could find each item when it was delivered.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone preparing to host an event outside.

The customer service at Your Party Center is fantastic. Jennifer was prompt and attentive to all of my needs. There was some miscommunication about where the tent was set up, so I had a wonderful conversation with the director after the wedding. She was open to my suggestions for some things that should be communicated to customers before tent set up, and hopefully she will add the information to their website. I recommend this rental center. They will definitely work with you to accommodate your needs. Just know that tents cannot be set up in an exact place. Be ready to allow for variance by as much as 5 feet to where you would like your tent located.

I am a caterer who has done business with Your Party and Event Center since they opened in Vancouver. They are the best. The quality is always great, they deliver on time, but most of all they are a business that takes care of their customers. Yesterday I got a call from them that rentals hadn't been picked up by my client as requested It was 4:25 and they were getting ready to close. I was on my way to the event and several miles from the rental company. They immediately delivered for us- thanks Ceci! Also Jennifer with whom I have worked with for many years, thank you for always taking care of me and my clients.

I have used Your Party Center dozens of times for event rentals and have yet to have anything other then a fantastic experience. Their dishes, linens and flatware are always sparkling clean and delivered and picked up on time. My rental contact, Jennifer is so quick to respond to rentals requests, make changes and answer questions. I have had some horrific experiences with other rental vendors and haven't used anyone else since working with YPC. Couldn't recommend them more!

BEWARE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am never one to leave a negative review, but I feel that I have been treated very unfairly by Your Party Center. I rented 30 chairs from them. When I set the chairs up, I realized there were only 27. 2 of the 27 were broken, and 4 were very dirty, and I had to clean them. No big deal, I figured they would just take care if it when I returned them. Not only did they not take care of the issues, and give me a discount, they CHARGED ME for the missing 3 chairs, that I never got! I have never seen worse customer service! I hope they realize their mistake, and treat other people better than they treated me.
