These people are angels of human beings… they’ve helped me twice through really hard times, including a pretty traumatic injury from being hit by a car while walking, by enabling me to keep my electricity on. I can’t put to words just how thankful I am.

These people are an exemplary example of what it means to be a “community service”.

Lol I forgot to post the first one. I love the people who work in the transportation company. The drivers are so nice and I love talking to them and joking around with them. The people at the office when you call are very nice as well and they go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. Great service for me I appreciate them and grateful to them all.

This organization has helped people out in my community. We should be grateful that they can help out one family needing assistance. Thank you Carolyn and Andrea for supporting those in need. It's not an easy job but can at times be rewarding.

I have tried for two different weeks on four different days the last day I started in the morning it was after 9:00 a.m. but I stopped after an hour when I got home it was approximately 3:00 p.m. and the phone just kept ringing with that sound of the answering machine but nobody ever answered and I was on the phone the last time for over 2 hours! And the thing is I pressed number one which is a child in jeopardy! If I could give them a minus star that is what I would do. It is inconceivable to me that's something which is deemed important and imperative and imminent could just remain on hold for days and days. I will have to go another route to try to help this child because obviously Florida can't help the system's not equipped for it everyone is on the wrong unfortunately that includes children! Shame on Florida! And shame on every congressman and councilman that are aware of this situation!

Took a friend who needed some of their programs. Office was warm and friendly. The receptionist went out of her way to help us and other customers. Everyone was friendly. What a great service for people of Hernando County in need of their services.

Trying to call the office is pretty useless.. the phone goes through prompts then says they are busy and that you should call back. Every time.

Extremely exhausted and hopeless from trying to find help for a low income mother of two. Not being able to be helped because I was already served by my ex’s lawyer. I wouldn’t have contacted if I didn’t need help right away or had the ability to hire private counsel. Doesn’t make sense as to why you can’t help someone if they have been served already when they need it the most.

Dade City office ! I called for a month before anyone answered the phone and the person that answered the phone was a rude waste of human flesh that hung up on me . Called the Brooksville office no answer but at least that office let's you leave a message : definitely not holding my breath for them to return call . They don't even desire 1 star

They never call anyone that needs help. I have been there 3 times since November 15th and they say the samething. Someone will call you. My question is when? I had my lights cut off because of them not calling me. So I am sitting in a bathroom at Tractor Supply charging my phone and typing this.

It's sad to know that people don't care about others.
