I read a mixed bag of reviews, so I was a little hesitant to stay. The price was good for the area, so I gave it a shot. I showed up early in the day for a conference. My room wasn't ready, but they held my bags until I returned later to check in. Front desk staff was great. The rooms are definitely small, but very clean. No closets or drawers in the room, and a very small ironing board. Clean towels hang above the toilet, which I found odd. Beds are very soft and I found them comfortable (I had a room with the bunk bed). Front desk held my bags again after checkout until much later in the day when I left town. Overall, a great experience if you are looking for a clean place to stay and you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room.

absolutely loved our stay! my boyfriend and i went to boston for our anniversary and this hotel was a perfect location!

the hotel amenities were great and the staff were super nice (including the cute little robot that delivered things to our door). the rooftop restaurant was really good as well we loved the view and again the staff were super great to us.

there is SO much to do around the hotel. i enjoyed all the bookstores and cafes, and we met up with friends at the mini golf a few walks away and King’s Entertainment center across the street!

we walked everywhere! right across the bridge to downtown boston and to the park it was about a 20 minute walk and beautiful!

10/10 would definitely recommend and we will absolutely be staying here again!

The people that work here and the service they provided was exceptional. From the front desk to the restaurants to the valet - absolutely top notch. I would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. They were also very knowledgeable regarding restaurant suggestions and place to visit during down time. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time I travel to Boston.

Worst hotel experience. The hotel is 'modern' which i guess means closet sized room with zero amenities. The regular queen room was not large enough to fit our luggage. The back of bed lifts up to create more room, all doors are glass including the bathroom toilet. The woman overnight was so wonderful to help switch rooms, however, we terminated our reservation due to an unexpected 'security' issue.
A man pounded on our hotel door at 7am claiming he was security, meanwhile he was dressed in all black with no identification or uniform. He refused to identify himself and continued to demand entrance to our room due to a fire panel going off. There was no indication of an issue in our room. After about 10 min we finally convinced him to use his hotel key as identification. Once inside he berated us for not letting a stranger into our room just because he claims to be security.
It was a terrifying experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Staff does an amazing job, very polite very thorough very helpful. They actually take pride in a place such a nice thing to see.. |why not five star. Well for some reason it seems we could not find Fox News. We inquired and blamed Comcast. Now I don’t know why the number one show in the USA is not available. As we like to read and watch a variety of different things.. it’s just very odd and in all our travels we have never encountered such. Like it is blacked out. Yotel please respond , staff said they cannot fix it , it is always like that ? |Big kudos to the staff they do their absolutely best with what they have to work with. |Room 1111 is excellent very clean and comfortable views amazing, I was a big loud for sing at these days celebration, but it was fun to watch , and we did ask for a foam copper or something to put on the fold out bed but they did not have it. No big deal. . Location is perfect for the half mile walk to the convention center. Lots of shops, stores, restaurants food all in walking distance more than you will need.. the barking crab restaurant is a three minute walk if you walk slowly, very good |2025 N. American seafood expo at the Boston convention center in the Seaport district just a 10 min walk away . We are here 2 more days , fix the news and Discovery Channel and will turn you into five stars immediately

I'm glad I only needed the room for 1 night. These new style beds -- that motorize between being a couch to being a bed -- squeak when you roll over in the night. The paper thin walls allowed me to hear my neighbor motorized their bed back into a couch to regain floor space soon after I got to hear their alarm at 4am. The added facility fee that had to be on my personal card instead of the corporate pre-paid room charge is a rip-off to every business traveler. The only good things for this hotel are the restaurant/bars and the excellent staff, but if you like sleep you might want a different hotel.

Great location but whenever I’ve had family stay there there is always some issue. From hidden fees being very high ($170) non refundable added to bill for a 4 night stay. Often rooms aren’t ready at all and haven’t been cleaned leading to delays. Overall it’s a bit of a disappointment to say the least

The front desk team is awesome especially Payal, how courteous and pleasant she is. The roof top experience was very nice . At the Vela bar the bartender was too very nice. The room ( corner view) is compact but comfortable. The bathroom is huge.
