called and made an appointment for a cab to pick me up early next morning to go to the airport. was given a confirmation number.
no one came as scheduled. when I called I was told there were not any drivers available. they had all my information and when I asked about what was going on they said that they don't take reservations. why did they give me a confirmation number? maybe they should have told me that they don't take reservations. I couldn't find another last minute ride and missed my flight. thanks to yellow cab.

Tried scheduling a taxi an hour in advance to get to work. Yellow Cab didn't even bother to tell me they "couldn't find a driver" until I called to see why they didn't show. Never again!

Scheduled a cab 3 weeks in advance. Called the day before to verify that the cab was coming. We were told we were good to go. The day of, 30 minutes after our cab was supposed to arrive, we were told there was still no driver. My father in law called to cancel the reservation and Shayla just hung up on him.

Y'all suck! I ordered a cab an hour ago! If you don't have enough drivers to cover the radius of the city and keep a consistent and respectable pickup gap and eta, go out of business. This is why Uber is winning, no customer service or idea of where my driver is, just a "they should be there soon" not acceptable in 2024! It's 100 degrees outside, y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. If I could give a zero I would!

Service sucks big time. Called the day before to have a cab at 915 am the following morning. Called at 8 am to confirm and was told my request wasn't entered. She entered it and said the cab was ordered for 915. At 925 I called only be put on hold. I left to walk to my destination. Driver called at 940 that he would be 20 mins!!
I finished walking just in time to make my shuttle pick up time. Never again.

Just saw one of their taxis blow through a red light at 1st and Grant, 10:08AM 10/14. Shame on them– if you value your safety, don’t use this company!

Try to be careful with credit card fraud. Otherwise most entryway drivers might not know what they are doing to pick up and need further details. Trust with caution
