I highly recommend Amy and Yazz Events. She really made everything seamless and I didn't have to worry about a thing. She came highly recommended and coming to a new city using a vendor you've never worked with can be super stressful. Amy made sure to give the best advice for the space and made our event fantastic! Would use her again in a heartbeat! Pianist was great! Lighting was great and the added AV touches really made the night!

A long overdue review! We had the DJ/Sax/Drummer package for our wedding in Aug of 2024. They also did uplighting, which was perfect. We could not be happier! Amy and Dale were SO amazing to work with. Very communicative, open to ideas, and always offered perfect ways to personalize and make our wedding unique and true to us as a couple! If we had any questions throughout the planning process, they were easily accessible and very responsive and helpful. They came to the walkthrough and everything! The day of.... WOW it blew us away. Our goal was to have a packed dance floor all night and that is exactly what happened. Dale was an AMAZING DJ. He played all of our requested songs and was able to really feel the vibe of the crowd and keep people going. I wasn't quite sure how the saxophone combined with the DJ was going to be but I knew I wanted to keep the crowd going. It was PERFECT and so much fun. Zero regrets. Our guests couldn't stop talking about it afterwards. It was unique and an unforgettable night all because of yazz. We still get compliments on how much fun our wedding was! Thank you Amy and Dale for everything!

Yazz Jazz is absolutely incredible!!! We had so many of our wedding guests tell us the next day how much they enjoyed the music, and many of them even said it’s the best music and dancing they’ve ever experienced at a wedding! Not only are the singers and musicians incredibly talented, but Amy was so wonderful to work with. She made us feel confident that she was understanding our music likes and dislikes, and her and her team delivered! Everyone was on the dance floor the entire night!

Amy and Dale at Yazz Jazz are AMAZING! They really listened to us and worked with us on our music selection, we went with the DJ option and Dale was great! He played all of the songs we wanted and even threw in some surprises from our childhood. We received several compliments from our guests regarding the music that was played, Dale was also very helpful with other wedding details and kept us on track regarding our timeline during the day of. Overall, we all really bonded during the planning process and we really enjoyed working with Dale and Amy. We highly recommend Yazz Jazz!

I can’t say enough good things about Yazz Events! They were the hit of the night and our friends and family are still talking about how amazing the band was nearly three months after our wedding! They are so talented and have such a wide repertoire and our dance floor was completely full the entire night! We elected to go with a 10-piece band and DJ! This was an amazing option as there was always music playing even while the band was on break between sets. Dale, the DJ was so fantastic at amping up us, the wedding party, and the guests and kept everyone having the best time all night! He also acted as MC and kept things running very smoothly as far as introducing those doing speeches, first dances, etc.

Amy, the leader of Yazz Events, was SO amazing to work with from the start. Her enthusiasm is contagious! She was always very responsive to questions we had and was very flexible when we needed to meet with her! She offered her expert opinion on certain songs, etc, and we valued her opinion and talent! Not to mention, Amy and her whole band are very talented performers! They crushed every song they performed! Brooke sang the most beautiful rendition of “At Last” for our first dance. A highlight of the night was when Amy and the band invited my father onto the stage to sing “You Really Got Me” by the Kinks with them, reenacting a moment when he surprised my mother by doing this at their own wedding in 1984! Her reaction was priceless, the guests loved it, and it was so special to me too that they honored my parents! What a fantastic night! Thank you so much, Yazz Events!

We couldn't have asked for a better music experience for our wedding! The string quartet added such elegance to our ceremony, with flawless music that created a beautiful atmosphere. They were professional, punctual, and truly made our day unforgettable. Then, DJ Dale took over at the reception, keeping the energy up all night.
