This is the worst trip I have ever had from Miami to Key West and I’ve taken buses there like 10 times.There is NO Wi-Fi on the bus, storage for your belongings at your seat, and only one charger per seat. The bus was packed like sardines and dirty. Just take the Flixbus because these people are nasty and rude. They were late picking us up and they made several stops before going to Key West. Couples couldn’t even sit together because they over sold the bus. I only used this company because they had packages for the bus and trolley so I wouldn’t have to be concerned about getting tickets when I got to key west which was a HUGE mistake. NEVER AGAIN will I be tricked by them. I was so embarrassed because I booked this for my family that came to visit me from out of town. This company needs to do WAY BETTER!!!

First of all the confirmation states to expect a double Decker I paid to be seated in the upper Decker because the lower deck was sold out so I thought it be perfect to be seated on the second level because of covid to be separate from the sold out tickets on the first level and the salesperson said that the tour bus can only take half of 80 because of covid so their are excepting 40 people on this tour.. When the bus arrive it was not a double Decker and no one was wearing a mask or being social distant. The bathroom was not working and the WiFi was not working. the bus was dirty. Do yourself a favor do not use this company excursions USA tour bus.. and the price for the trolley in key west was expensive. You can buy it online or with another company cheaper than they were offering for... adding.. I had taken this tour in the pass and I paid the same price once you are in the bus the tour people do try to upgrade you to sit in the upper deck for an extra $10 which is the difference I pay the second time.. The company made up the price online and is saying it was a discounted-don't believe them They are still trying to make themselves look like they are a reputable company which is all not true.. This is how they get away with not making any customer happy for a lousy $10 fee that I paid to sit away from others on the second deck of the bus.. There is another tour company out there that follow what they said online and in person.. FYI.

The trip was real good, they used a Double Decker Bus which was very comfortable and very clean. Pick up was on time and the courtesy was good, would definitely use them again and recommend them.

This company is an absolute sham -- it doesn't even deserve one star. My friend and I bought tickets for a day tour from Miami to Key West from our hotel, and this is the company the hotel booked through. Not only were we charged more than other travelers on the bus, but we were also told by the hotel that we would have a whole day in Key West to explore. We left our hotel at 6:30 am, and then it took nearly three hours to drive around Miami picking up passengers from other hotels. We then made a pit stop at a gas station for "breakfast" all to be told that the bus's air conditioning wasn't working and that we had to switch buses. We waited an extra half hour for the new bus, and were told by the bus driver that we would get that time back to explore extra in Key West, but this was ultimately untrue, as we were given just 5 and a half hours to explore and make it back to the bus. We didn't get to Key West until noon, and then were told we had to be back by 5:30-5:45 or that we would be left behind. Also, we were told by the tour guide that he would discuss islands along the ride to us, but he never did. He just put on a video from the 1980's-90's about Key West that was outdated and glitchy. Basically, this day tour was a glorified Greyhound bus ride with an option to hop off for 5 hours. The tour guide and bus driver were rude, and are clear scam artists. They should be ashamed of themselves for running such a horrible operation.

This is our experience on the Miami to Key West Round Trip tour, as communicated to Management and received no response.

As required, we arrived over 10 minutes early for our bus scheduled to depart at 7:30 AM which then departed only at 7:55 AM. When asked about the reason for delay, one of the drivers told us to go have breakfast or do whatever we wanted. So, is there a reason we had to get up early, rush our breakfast and travel to be in the city by 7:20 AM? Yet, our driver made up some time and reached Key West at 11:55 AM. There were also windows which did not seal properly and allowed rain water in.

When we showed up at 5:30 PM for for return, we were told our bus had a breakdown a few minutes before 5 PM and another bus was coming from Miami to pick us up around 8:30 PM.

All our us are visitors in Miami and want to make best use of our time here. Instead, we ended up spending hours at a bus stand in Key West missing our dinner and cancelling plans in Miami. Some of us tried to find alternate routes to leave the Island on buses that had empty seats, but your office refused to negotiate the fares. Since the journey was delayed by not just few minutes or an hour, I called your office and asked if there would be any arrangements for food, but was told that breakdowns happen and the only thing to do was wait. I agree that breakdowns happen. But a welcome reprieve like airlines would be to offer some food vouchers or refreshments for hungry passengers. So, dinner in Key West was an unforeseen expenses for us. Eventually, a bus came at 9:15 PM and we departed Key West at 9:30 PM. This bus has a flat tire at 10:10 PM that was fixed at 11:10 PM. We finally reached Miami at 2:20 AM.

Thus, our single day vacation trip advertised as 14 hours ended up being 5 hours longer. We were lucky to get a cab to our hotel reaching around 3 AM this morning.

Do NOT use this company!! There is no wifi on this bus and they only have one plug to charge your devices at each seat!!! This company is total trash!.. they were late picking us up and the bus was dirty and the staff are super rude. This also not a straight ride to Key west. They made several stops. I should have just taken the Flixbus! They even said over head if you don't like it you can get off the bus and they don't care if you write a bad review.

Went to several tours while in Miami Beach but this was the best by far, Key West is a must see place while in Florida and this company exceeded our expectations, great bus and the staff very accommodating, we paid the extra fee for the first row seat on the bus at it was well worth it, got great views and everything worked as advertised. Will recommend it without doubt.

Although the old reviews are bad, Xcursions definitely upgraded. Worth the price and the experience. Took the snorkeling + bus trip with my boyfriend and it was exactly how they explained it. No problems on the bus or in the snorkel, definitely worth it. The staff is very nice with everyone.
