This is hands-down, the best ride in the park!
I got great advice when I first entered this ride and I would say the same. Make sure that your head is back against the headrest and keep it there so you don’t have whiplash and get a headache.

The X2 at Six Flags is one of the scariest rides I’ve ever experienced! The intense drops, twists, and turns left me breathless. In the video I uploaded, you can only see a small part because it’s the only clip where I’m not screaming or saying bad words. This ride is definitely not for the faint of heart, but if you’re a thrill-seeker, it’s a must-try. The adrenaline rush is incredible, and the experience is unforgettable. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an extreme adventure!

I love roller coasters, but this one just wasn’t fun for me. It throws you around like a rag doll, and you can barely see anything since you’re spinning most of the time. I also got several large bruises on my legs/thighs and my shoulders/neck, as well as a headache. It also launched my husbands phone out of his deep pockets, but that was mostly his fault lol. I wanted to enjoy it, but there are so many other rides in the park that I love(Wonder Woman, twisted colossus, Tatsu, basically all except this one ?)so it’s all good

This one was a little rough. Your legs fly around too much because they don't restraints. It was fun if you can handle being tossed around a bit.
The line was over an hour long and we got on in less than 5 minutes with Flash pass. If you can afford it, it is 100% worth the money.

Holy cow this ride is amazing!!!! Definitely the most intense roller coaster I've ever ridden! If you are not a fan of rough or intense rides, do not ride this coaster, I have warned you. As a coaster enthusiast, I love this kind of ride! You start out going backwards going up the lift hill, getting a great view of six flags magic mountain and the surrounding area. You then go down the most demented first drop in the world. The seats turn you so you are facing directly at the ground! In the back row this feels absolutely chaotic! You flip at the very last second and rise into the first raven turn, which gives you a little bit of airtime. You think that the next element is going to be an airtime hill, but instead, you do a backflip and it is so cool! The next turn is kind of a dud, it just goes too slow and provides no force. But it gets right back into the action with a fly-to-lie element, which is kind of like a half zero-g roll and your seat will rotate here also. The final raven turn is very intense and the only part of the ride that I think is uncomfortable. Because of this ride's restraint setup, your upper body is very well secured and there isn't much holding your lower half in. This makes your legs smack the hard plastic on the trains on that final raven turn. Then you hit the break run. It is so intense, I don't think I could ride it more than 3 times in a row because it is so intense! It is my second favorite ride in the park just behind twisted colossus, but the two are both very close for me. If your a coaster enthusiast going to magic mountain, you HAVE to ride this ride. There is nothing else like it outside of Asia! It will blow your mind!

If you love Rollercoaster, then this is a need. X2 is the most intense roller coaster ever. It is too good to be true. X2 is a scarry/amazing ride to go on. It is fast. You dont know when you're at the top. You spin incredibly fast, and you get a good view of the park.

Line can back up but the ride is worth the wait.

This is the only ride the seats spin while in motion and it will leave you wanting to ride again and again.

I highly recommend you do this ride.

I would not recommend this ride to anyone who is relatively short (and if you wear earrings, take them out before you get on?). X2 was really rough for me, and my leg slipped out of the seat constraint. Also, near the end of the ride, my head slammed onto the side of the headrest. This severely bruised my ear and caused my earring to get stuck in my ear, stretching my piercing and causing it to bleed. My entire ear is still a deep purple color a few hours later, and my head feels like I've been lobotomized. However, every other rollercoaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain was enjoyable.
