Was there a few days before and after news year eve. The staff was very nice and always willing to help if I had any questions. The room was clean as well as well stocked with towels and what nots. He new years event was great, the dinner they had was pretty good for what it was. The live music was awesome. Over all, I had a wonderful stay.

From start to finish, this was an excellent place to get away. Comfortable, clean rooms that are well appointed. We purchased a package (overnight stay, dinner buffet with champagne, concert and breakfast) for New Years Eve and we had the best time. Staff was gracious and we left wishing to return very soon.

We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience! The place was very beautiful, brand new, and extremely clean. The pool was clean and had powerful jets. The location was superb, just an hour and fifteen minutes away from Fort Bragg and Glass Beach. It's a great idea to stop by at night and visit Glass Beach the next morning.

My only suggestion would be to be punctual for breakfast, as they serve it between 6-8 am. We returned late the second night from Glass Beach, super tired, and couldn't make it till 8:00 am. Unfortunately, we arrived at 8:04 am, and they had already cleared away most of the breakfast items. My baby and I only got to have an apple and an orange, which was a bit disappointing. However, that's a minor complaint.

Never stay at the Wyndham in Redwood Valley, CA. We stayed here 3 nights over Christmas. The hotel is beautiful. Booked through booking.com but as soon as we checked out. The hotel started making additional charges on our credit card. We called and they claimed we scratched the big TV screen and charged us $700. The TV was in perfect condition when we checked out. My brother who is a local there warned us to check our cards because he has heard this was happening. Wyndham corporation should do something about this. The hotel refused to remove the charges and said the manager Kristy Tucker authorized the charges. She should be fired. Scammers.

Great, off the beaten path gem. Wonderful service with Elizabeth Santos being a delight. Friendly, accommodating, and just plain warm and welcoming atmosphere. The property is only a year old and is super tidy with very nice amenities.

It was first time in Redwood Valley, it was an amaxzing experience. The frontdesk was so friendly and very accomodating. The room comes with microwave which is perfect, a separate lavatory outside the bathroom. The bed was cozy and clean, also, this hotel is part of the Coyote Casino but separate building which more family friendly. Highly recommended

No no no. Just no. Stay away if you like to come to a clean room. If you want to deep clean the bathroom when you come to a hotel then come here. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Drive 5 hours stayed here before we finished our drive. If my son wasn’t so tired and knocked out on the bed I would have insisted on moving rooms. Instead I asked for Clorox wipes or something so I can clean the bathroom. Hairs, lint, mildew, and gross. Looks like it has t been cleaned in forever. Nothing available so I go to my car and get my wipes. The worker was nice enough but all he said was I’m sorry. NEVER AGAIN. I should have stayed at the holiday inn in ukiah like I originally wanted to. I am too tired to deal with this. |Made me so worried I literally stripped the bed making sure it was ok. Crumbs all over the floor too. I mean did they even do anything except the bed? |I know I’m not getting any sleep tonight. ?

This is the best hotel in the Ukiah/Redwood Valley area. Cleanliness, rooms, service, and location are all 5 star. As others have mentioned the breakfast could use a little work, but I don’t choose a hotel for its free breakfast. I want a comfortable night in a clean room in a nice area and the Wyndham Garden provides all of that. A special shout out to customer service manager Elizabeth. We had an issue when we first arrived that could have put a damper on our stay. She went above and way beyond to make sure we taken care of. Thank you Elizabeth! Stay at the Wyndham Gardens. You will not be disappointed.
