Since day one our business account was messed up. Their Online Chat assistants don't know what they are doing. Furthermore working with them was nothing short of a nightmare!
Our return was screwed up and given an acct. Credit when it was supposed to be credit back to our card we used to pay our statement. Their help desk has no idea how to help & ltiey constantly lie about taking care of your problem. Financial Dept is not any better! Constant lies & disappointments by their employees! After talking to more than 10 people over the course of a week we were told credit to the card was impossible & we had to take a check which they would overnight to our company which was another lie! We are not using this company anymore & suggest everyone else to think twice before doing business with Grainger!
Never seen such incompetence from a company as big as Grainger!!
Outraged in their way of handling our account! Taking our business elsewhere!

I'm French, my card number was stolen on the internet and used for 500 dollars! They does not do any verification!
They don't have 3D security! They help thieves, it's a shame.

I'm in France, I've never been to the USA . My card is French. Please secure your site.

Individual Customers beware of making on-line or over the phone order. On 9/16/24 ordered a replacement flashlight bulb. Was advised that my item would be availble at the local store on 9/18/24 after 1pm. On the 18th at 3:00 I was in shock that the delievery package was empty. The store employee told me that he would see if it could be shipped at no cost to my residence. The employee told me he would call me and let me know if this could be done. NEVER HEARD BACK from this employee. Call the 1-800 number. Spent over 30 minutes on the phone. This employee told that my inital order would be canceled and she would place another order and ship it free of charge. This employee took my address place me on hold and I NEVER HEARD BACK from this employee. I called corporate a 2nd time. The employee advised that since my initial order was canceled there was no charge to my credit card and there was no second order on file. This was an item that cost under $4.00 In my opinon Grainger should have shipped me the item at no charge and absorbed the shipping cost for all my inconveience,

This is about the billing office. I been trying to get a bill in the mail for over 5 months. They don’t have the right address, keep calling. No help from Sharon hung up, Tom, filled out a paper, Baylee filled out a paper to. How many papers do you have to do. If it’s done right, you all said 24hours . NOT. Get your office staff more training!

They are advertised on multiple outlets as reporting to dun & broadstreet. In their credit application terms it even ask for your duns number. I have had an account with them for 3 months and they have never reported to duns. When i ask them about it they respond with robot answers but a real human replied so they are either avoiding admitting they don't report or don't know the answer. The people on the phone are very nice tho and even though i would have to pay a ridiculous amount a month to self report to duns at least grainger would qualify. I only order 1 thing a month as walmart is way more affordable.
