We stayed here for 2 nights. We do not have a time share but we're able to rent a condo at a good price. The room was comfortable and nice. Even had a gas fireplace to enjoy.
The lady at the front desk was great and helped us score a downstairs Lake side condo which I very much appreciated.
The weather was perfect and the lake was so beautiful. Since it was December it was quiet and peaceful. They have a private dock that proved to be a great place to watch the sunset. There were also people out there fishing.
I can't comment on all of the offerings at this resort because we did not use any of them - except the pier.
I would love to stay here again.

My company booked this hotel for me for a short term work assignment and I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend! It felt like home away from home. The room was very clean and VERY SPACIOUS; with a full kitchen and appliances. There are pots,pans, plates, cups, and cooking utensils but no baking sheet tray for baking unfortunately. There was a dishwasher; which unfortunately in room 123E didn’t seem to work after trying to run it to help keep things tidy before I checked out. The bedroom was spacious, with a locking door (made me feel safe as a female traveling solo), and had a comfortable king sized bed. I appreciated the amount of pillows provided and sheets. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. I did use the gym a couple times which I appreciated having while on a work assignment since I wouldn’t have been able to maintain my routine otherwise. I didn’t love the “old stale” smell of the room, I like rooms having ventilation or fresh smelling, but not that big of a deal. ||Major con- paying for WiFi each day did put a damper on the stay. In this day and age, this should be a free amenity. It is a NECESSITY, especially when you’re out in the middle of nowhere with limited signal.

I visited this place 11/13/2024 to 11/16/2024. When we checked in at 11 pm, the receptionist, Sarah helped us get in with a wonderful, courteous and friendly manner. She has a great knowledge of the area like what to do and where to go and so forth for our own taste.
Super friendly place!!!!! I strongly recommend this place for visiting lake county!!

Great place to stay in the Northern Clear lake area. Located in a small town of Nice, CA.
Really cool buildings and a nice pool. The room we are in is like a little apartment, 2 stories.
Close to the lake and accessible via dock but not nice to swim in the lake due to algae. May be better in the winter. Blue lakes, 20 mins up the road are a beautiful area to visit for the day.
Great play area for kids.

Great time! Loved the lake view patio on our studio and we loved all the kitchen perks. We cooked about 4 times. Loved the private lake dock. We also enjoyed the pool, spa, arcade, and pool table. Staff at check in were awesome!

Safe, clean, comfortable, cozy and relaxing! We took 2 bed condominium on 2nd floor for 3 adults and 1 kid. It was a lake facing unit. There are no elevators in this property. Kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked. You and your family can easily stay for a week or longer. Surroundings are beautiful, the property has its personal pier where you can go and enjoy lake or do fishing. Beautiful pool, spa, arcade, gym, vending machines. We enjoyed thoroughly.

We love this resort. The full kitchen is such a great thing to have on vacation, even stocked with essential spices and a real coffee maker. The grill on each deck was such a nice amenity to have. The pools are big enough for everyone to enjoy, extra large Jacuzzi tub and even a kids pool, with pool towels provided.

3 star rooms in 5 star locations. I needed to take care of some business. The "Business Center" was a joke. They had 2 PCs and one printer. Most facilities would have the printer connected, wireless. Not here. Furthermore, when I asked for help, the front desk provided no help in printing my file. I saved the document on my thumb drive. I asked the front desk if they would print my file from my thumb drive. They said no. I asked what help they could offer. They offered none.
