I work remotely as talent scout. I'm on Zoom calls for about 10 + hours a day 6 days a week. I been here for about 10 days. It's been extremely quiet. My stay has been great. My room is very clean. I feel very safe. The staff (Johnny) has been extremely helpful. The staff is always near 24/7.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

First, the night check-in staff was completely unprofessional. They seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making the process feel frustrating and unwelcoming.

Once I got to the room, things didn't improve. The bathtub wouldn’t drain while I was taking a shower, which was both inconvenient and unhygienic. To make matters worse, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned—there were visible stains and grime, which was incredibly off-putting.

At least the sheets felt clean, but beyond that, nothing else in the room inspired confidence about cleanliness or maintenance.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed. There are far better options in this price range.

We were uncomfortable being there. The accent chair in the room was all scraped up. There was a drawer in the kitchenette that was completely missing and a big hole was left where it was. There was a big patch of mildew on the bathroom wall. I was supposed to have prolonged stay there because repairs needing to be done at home but this was worse. Some one has a dog that barked for hours next to us. The Sheriff's were even called out there because of disturbance. I did not stay but the one night and I checked out but couldn't really check out because the next shift clerk was the only one who could handle the return. I still have not received my refund yet. I tried calling them and it goes straight to a message that says the voicemail has not been set up. I called corporate and they couldn't get them on the phone either. They will send an email to them for my refund because corporate says that I have not checked out but I have a receipt for the one night I spent there.
Sleeping in your car would be a better option than staying here. Don't stay here! This was the most unprofessional hotel and company to deal with.

I still have not received my refunds from the nights I did not complete. I already have my bank in standby to start a fraud investigation if they do not receive the refund request from you. I will be in contact one more time before the investigation begins. Do the right thing and refund my money

I only just checked in, but I’m leaving my review now.

This place is a disaster. First time staying here, and without question my last time ever staying here.

First, walked into the lobby and stood at the front desk for about 15 minutes before anyone in the office 10 feet away bothered to come out and check me in. Had to ring the bell like a circus monkey to finally get someone to come out. Out comes an 18-22 year old kid clearly stoned out of his mind to take my reservation. My reservation and the receipt I had in my email showed a price including taxes of $421.47. He proceeded to charge me $430.20. When I showed him the reservation and receipt - “Sorry, that’s the price he gave me and I can’t change it here.” So I was overcharged. Great start.

Walking down the hallway to my room - kids crying, dogs barking, all coming through walls that sounded like they were made of paper.

Get to my room. It smells like a pet shop. Sure enough, walls look like they’re made of thin air and the wood flooring was installed by toddlers.

I go to the bathroom to brush my teeth. I notice the drained is closed, so I pull up the lever to open it up. I kid you not - bugs fly out of the drain. I turn the water on, and despite the drain now being open, the water isn’t draining. Probably clogged with more bugs. So the sink fills up with toothpaste/mouthwash water and just sits.

Furniture is torn up and filthy. The bed feels like an air mattress.

$215 a night in total for all of that. Absolutely criminal.

Sleep in your car instead of this hotel. You’ll be much better off.

I completed a week long stay for work at this place recently. I came back with a bad lung infection, and that isn't even the worst of it. Let's make a list of things people commonly expect when they get a room at a hotel:

Working toilet: Oh, you entitled thing. Too bad.
Woman smoking crack in the parking lot: Show starts at 8 nightly
Liquid dog piss in the hallway: Urine luck!
Mold in the room: Check
Living german cockroaches in the room: Included free of charge
Adjacent room flooding into yours and the hallway at 2 in the morning: Of course
Working AC and heat: LOL

It's deceiving too because it looked decent. It's not like other extended stays I have seen like a studio 6 full of degenerate scumbags that actually LIVE there full time. Have fun!

If I could give no stars I would! The worst customer service I have ever received!
I booked a room for Nov 23-24th because I had a wedding to attend. I arrive before check in at 3:00pm on the 23rd . There was no one at the counter so I rang the bell and waited. No one came so I rang the bell again. Finally, a guy came out and asked what I needed. I said check in.
He gets on the computer and can’t find my booking. Now in fairness I’ll mention that I did book with Hotels.com BUT I had the itinerary information with me.
He still can’t find it and says that I need to call them so I did. I got a confirmation number and gave it to the counter guy. He still can’t find it. Then he says..oh I see you were booked for 22-24 of November. I said well my itinerary shows 23-24 so if you show 22-24 I should have a room correct? He said no because you were no show we gave your room away! I was asked if they had another room and he said no.. we are booked and walked away!! I’m left standing with my dress and luggage and no where to go! I had no time to stand & argue as time was ticking away and I needed to get ready.
I left & met up with a friend and got dressed at her work office! Then after the wedding drove the hour home.
I understand things happen and I know booking with a third party can cause problems but that’s not what upset me the most. It was the lack of urgency, compassion or motivation from counter guy to find or act like he was interested in a solution. Horrible customer service. This guy needs some training asap. Thankfully I live a hour away and was able to drive home. What if I was a guest that had flown in?
I would never recommend this place… what happened to good customer service?

Positive: Check in staff were great, friendly and helpful Negative: Roaches in the room, virtually no water pressure or warm water, rooms an entire hotel in need of major renovations and modernization. Did not feel safe with children and saw multiple police squad cars show up at the hotel during our visit - disconcerting

This place is literally disgusting. First room we were given there was a bag of ice melting on the counter and the bed was slept in. We were reassigned a new room. Had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies because the bathroom was dirtier than a truck stop and looked like Chewbacca shaved his dairy air in tub and toilet. Went to turn the tub water on to rinse the massive amount of bleach I used to find they only have luke warm water, nothing hot about it. The smell 🤔 maybe crack? Febreze won’t touch it so don’t try. Scotch tape on the walls. Random laundry basket in the room. No I’m room supplies so don’t expect any coffee, soap, ect. Beds are not a queen (full) and are hard as a rock. Appears to be rat or bug facies on the fridge. I agree with other reviewers, this place is a cross between a trap house and a homeless shelter. Forget about a refund or help from the front. They are robotic to the same answer to every question. $180 a night is crazy. This in a $19.99 at best no tell motel. Stay away.
