My mom was in this rehab facility for two months recovering from surgery after a triple ankle fracture (October-December 2024). The PT and OT staff were incredible with my mom. They were loving, patient and very compassionate towards her. The nurses were very attentive to my mom and provided her with very good care. The CNA's were also amazing with her. The food was good and the facilities very clean, festive, with an uplifting environment. The social workers were very responsive and the Nurse Practitioner was also very awesome. Dianne and Jean were great too. I would recommend Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

I am home today thanks to the great help from everyone there from begining to being sent home. The food was excellent and the nurses and the aids were so wondeerful and careing. P.T. and O.T. were top notch and got me going.I would recomend Winchester Rehab. to my family and friends and anyone. No nursing home is perfect, but this one comes close!! Very impressed with treatment, efficiency, environment and mostly the support provided by all departments during this already trying and stressful time. They make this difficult process much easier in so many ways. The confident and precise guidance and knowledge from staff was so valuable and helped me from getting even more confused. And Finally! A place that responds to the call bells timely!!!!

My mother has been downstairs in the rehab before and I have had no problems with that. There's a phone for each patient / resident. However, she's now upstairs temporarily in the nursing facility where there aren't any phones. I call the unit number repeatedly, get a voicemail message where I leave a message and nobody and I mean nobody returns my phone call. I finally got through at 7:07 p.m. only to be told she was asleep and in bed for the night. This was my 7th time today calling. If they're not going to return phone calls, they should change the outgoing message and simply say: "just call back later because we don't care"! I'm disgusted!

Please be aware that if your loved one has to go to the hospital, they require almost $600 a day to hold the bed and that time clock starts as soon as they are escorted out the building

I am currently a patient. I never post reviews but in this case I thought I should. We are given a red button to press when needing help. Tonight I press the button periodically for 45 minutes and no one came to my room. This has happened repeatedly. I thought there was something wrong with my button. But there wasn’t. I finally called the main number with my cell phone. The girl who first came said you might have to wait like that other times.

Excellent Rehab and Nursing Facility! Very efficient and clean ! All Staff are skilled and professional! The team is really caring of my mother and attentive!
