Wilson Bus is a great service for a bus trip. We used them for our bus trip in 2023, customer service, bus, and driver were all top notch. Pricing is OK too.

In summer of 2023 I tried to book/pay for my wedding in fall of 2024. I was told it was "no problem" but was too early to book for 2024 and to call back in November. We emailed 11/6 to book and hear from Andy on 11/27 - "Sorry but Saturday Sept 21st,2024 we are already sold out of buses due to all are foliage tours and colleges".

I wish you had told me that to begin with - I would have completely understood and looked elsewhere. From the reviews it seems like that's mostly what Wilson bus lines does - you should have known you could not accommodate! We replied to ask Andy for other suggestions but he could not be bothered...

Just returned from a multi day trip to Virginia booked through a travel agency. Our bus driver Joanne was professional, confident and competent. She went above and beyond and greeted everyone with a warm smile and kind words. She appeared tireless despite the arduous journey. It was a pleasure to ride in such a comfortable bus with such a great driver.

Love their day tours. Going to Hampton Beach,NH this Sat. We go several times every summer. Always meet nice people. Ride is very comfy. Competent drivers with humor. Films fun. Good a really enjoyable trip. Went to NY several times too.
