This company gouged my company without any warning or clear notice. We were charged for extra labor help for an event which was fine but they continuously harassed me all day that Sunday when they weren't even finished with set up of booth for $5k. They do not have a system to pay digitally with a credit card only a credit card authorization form. When you are physically working your butt off setting up an event and don't have access to phone and computer while setting up and you are harassed constantly for a payment before the work is finished is bad form on so many levels and not customer friendly. One month, that's right one month after the event and having paid for their services because I was harassed so much on that Sunday to pay asap, they sent me another bill for $358. For what? Probably because they couldn't wait until the week was fully over from the event to properly charge my company. Never ever ever again will this company be used, nor will I pay them anything because they do not know how to contract out work, bill invoice properly, and then follow up nicely with good customer service. Stay away!
