My wife and I got married at the Willowdale Estate in April 2024. The wedding, the staff, and the entire experience was exceptional for the entire Wedding. The beautiful venue, the ethereal vibes, the delicious food, everything was wonderful. Our guest we're talking about wedding (again the food is incredible) for many months after, and still do. Veronica our event coordinator was awesome throughout the planning process and on the day of, and didn't hesitate when we needed to pivot minor things to make the experience seamless. I could go on and on about how amazing the day was, but simply said it's an 11/10 on the scale of being spectacular. I give it my full endorsement.

We photographed our first wedding at the Willowdale Estate last month and it was absolutely gorgeous. The stone architecture made for a wonderful photo backdrop and the outdoor garden ceremony space literally had PERFECT light.

One of our favorite parts about this venue was how roomy the tented reception felt. The white tent let in so much natural light, and also gave guests plenty of room to move around. There is also an uber-romantic indoor space for cocktails in case of rainy weather.

Even though this venue is just 30 miles from Boston, it is surrounded by hundreds of acres of forest. You feel like you're in the middle of the country here! We can't wait to be back at this historic wedding venue in Topsfield!

We had an absolutely amazing wedding at Willowdale earlier this year. I think about the day with such amazing and happy memories! The facility is gorgeous, the staff is amazing and everything was perfect. Throughout the planning process, we always had someone to help us with questions (both big and small) and always felt supported. They also helped us with planning & coordinating with vendors. On the day of, our coordinator, Jeannine, was an absolute hero!

Booking at Willowdale was by far the best decision we made for our June 2024 wedding! They sent us a box of some of the best cookies we have ever had after we toured and.... we were sold.
Yes, it's expensive. But you will enjoy your day without any of the worries that may come from a more DIY-venue. We worked with Julia D'Agostino , who was FANTASTIC. I had quite a few visions for our day and it seemed like my and Julia's brains were linked. Julia completely transformed Willowdale into the wedding of my dreams based off a few lists and pictures. Aside from the high level of organization and overall planning assistance from Willowdale in the years and days leading up to our wedding, the food was phenomenal and many of our guests were impressed with dinner and dessert. Overall, could not have asked for a better wedding experience and we are so grateful we discovered and were able to book with Willowdale for our special day!

It's been a month since our wedding and it's taken us this long to write a review, not only because we're still coming down from the high, but because it's difficult to express how perfect the day was and how grateful we are for everyone at Willowdale Estate - from the catering team, to the event staff, and most of all Jeannine and the care she put into helping us plan everything. We definitely threw some curveballs, but with every unique request came an enthusiastic response and flawless execution. The list of vendors they provided were fantastic and outside vendors we found blended perfectly with the staff. The food was incredible to the point we had comments from guests that it was the best wedding food they've had. All around would recommend and cannot thank Jeannine and everyone at Willowdale enough.

We recently hosted a baby shower for my daughter and I can’t think of enough superlatives to describe our experience! Allison (Alli) Delano, who was the Event Coordinator for our event, ensured that every little detail was executed with perfection. Willowdale is a lovely old estate with an elegant building (former manor house) and lush grounds. There is absolutely nothing I could imagine changing to make our event more perfect and I highly recommend that you choose Willowdale for your event.

Like when our officiant canceled just a month before the wedding, Jeannine jumped in and found us the perfect replacement without missing a beat! Yes, this is a true story...
