We had the wedding of our dreams at willow creek and highly recommend it to anyone! The real selling point for us was the amount of spaces available to provide for getting ready as well as post-ceremony for guests to mingle. We absolutely killed ourselves prepping for this wedding including my wife spending 13 months making her dress from stratch, planning some many small details, DIY projects, etc. and this venue really helped bring it all together perfectly. The design of everything was so well thought-out and worth every penny.

The owner shows she genuinely cares and the staff was very helpful the entire time. We also really enjoyed the vendors they recommended outside of some issues we had with the DJ at Alliance Entertainment though they did not ruin our day by any means. The only negative feedback I'd give is the all-inclusive was very confusing as we were quoted 3-4 different prices that increased each time and had a hard time understanding what was and wasn't covered. Hopefully, this has been resolved since, but beyond that we had a great time and all our guests have not stopped raving about how beautiful of a venue it was. Thank you so much for everything!

This venue is SO gorgeous! I was lucky enough to capture the Voorhies wedding at the end of May 2024 and this venue blew me away. The entire venue was like something out of a magazine. The coordinator was amazing and everything went so smoothly. Will definitely recommend to any future brides looking!

Overall, a terrific experience from start to finish. There were multiple people who I corresponded with over the course of a year to plan the best day of my life. Bailey Lee the Director of Events was exceptionally helpful as she was always happy to answer any questions I had. The staff including Brianna and Brittney were very punctual, patient and incredibly helpful with all the planning. The day of, someone was there with me to navigate the day and make sure everything ran smoothly. I really appreciated too, the flexibility and selections they had to choose from for table linens, decor etc. The venue provided me with a floor plan with table setting and other element placing, and were accepting of my edits / red lining of any changes I wanted to make. They were always sending me detailed documents of the venue plans.

They had a lot of partnerships with people to help make the ease of finding other vendors. This was a big help as it was more convenient to work with others who were familiar with the location.

The venue itself is exceptional. All my guests said it was one of the best weddings they had been to because the whole area is just naturally stunning. Very open concept and bright all over. There were tons of opportunity for photos in various locations across the venue. From natural scenery, to a porch swing, trees, bridge, gazebo etc. There were also butterflies everywhere, so they were obviously attracted to the foliage outside which made it even more magically.

The only things I will say in contrast is I had a fright with some of my things being misplaced that I had requested such as easels, some of my rentals and the fireplace was supposed to be lit as requested. The items were eventually found and brought to me before it was too late. The fireplace was never lit but it was still beautiful regardless. And I reminded the staff to bring out the easels which they happily did so. I also mentioned multiple times that the lights in the reception were supposed to be purple and they assured me that it wasn't going to be blue even though the papers they sent me said, "blue." I told them to revise this and they said it would be purple, well the day of it was still blue which luckily still worked with my color anyways.

I had also originally been told when I booked the venue that there was a projector to display photos and had originally planned to have a slideshow until I found out much later that there were renovations and the projector could no longer be used. I was a little upset by this as they did not plan to have a projector screen available to maintain this option and instead got rid of it all together. But that is a minor detail that didn't effect our experience too much.

All that aside, great job to everyone, thank you for making my day special and beautiful. Myself as well as everyone who came will remember that day as being just as perfect as I wanted it to be. Thank you!

I had my wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. The venue is absolutely stunning with its elegant charm. The owner is fabulous and incredibly helpful. You can tell she is extremely passionate about her venue and that made all the difference! I highly highly recommend this venue!

Omg. I could go on and on about how amazing this venue is!! Haley with planning is amazing, always responsive to emails and questions (I bugged her multiple times a day)! The owner tours you before you book and you really can tell she loves what she does. They are constantly trying to continue making the venue even better than it already is. The fact that they have a day of coordinator included in booking with them is amazing- Jenn was a lifesaver the day of the wedding. It’s also soooo great that willow creek has such a long list of preferred vendors too. That really helped me in the planning process to narrow down things! I haven’t even talked about how beautiful the venue is yet. It is truly picture perfect… We had such a simple wedding, not a lot of decor or flowers and it was a BEAUTIFUL. The gazebo with the benches is gorgeous. The atrium where we had cocktail hour was perfect. They truly do run a seamless venue. I can’t recommend them enough!!

As the bride you will want to ensure that they will take care of everything is going to be perfect if not near and so easy going on the day of. Willow creek wedding coordinators help you with so much from the jump, from touring the venue to getting you started on getting event coordinators and all the things that they have a rental items! They have been so fun and easy going to work with and I’m so thankful for all the help that they give they are so wonderful and I would recommend them 1000% to any and everyone! 💗 Thank you Willow Creek💕.

This is a bit out of the way for a great reason! The property has multiple places for photos. Many different intimate areas for private conversations and mingling. The outdoor bar is genius! The only negative is the gravel parking lot forms puddles if it's raining... but it's not real bad.
