I don’t know where to begin to tell you what a wonderful trip this has been! As she planned, Rachel asked us lots of questions, listened to our preferences and imaginations, and created a once in a lifetime experience for us. From beginning to end, the trip has been effortless because Rachel provided us not only with the necessary documents, but also suggestions for what we might like to see and to do. We gave her our budget, and she gave us the most for every dollar. We have been spoiled!

I have been fortunate enough to travel a good bit outside the US. Our trip to Israel with Wilcox Travel, continues to be one of the most memorable. For several reasons... Of course the history and the opportunity to give a visual to the written Word.

Tyler Wilcox and his team CRUSHED it, in a very good way. A trip of this magnitude comes down to the details and the people. We experienced an amazing team in country that had fantastic knowledge and perspective of His Word and all of the locations we visited. Including an unplanned visit to Jacobs Well.

We will be going back, and it will be with Wilcox Travel.

All I can say is WOW!!!! We were able to meet with Tyler and talk about some travel we wanted to do. The incite he was able to provide up front was unbelievable. Everywhere he recommended "or didn't recommend" he had personally been to or someone on has staff had been to. He was able to set us up with tours, events, etc. that you couldn't find on the web. Our entire staff had an incredible time and we couldn't thank Tyler enough. We plan on using him for all our upcoming trip both commercially and personally. I would highly recommend Wilcox Travel for all your traveling needs.

I DO NOT recommend Wilcox Travel. We booked a trip through Wilcox to Israel, and due to unforeseen circumstances, our trip was canceled (not by us, but by Wilcox). They refused to refund our $500 even though we were in no way responsible for the cancellation. Because of this, I will never book with Wilcox again.

Our Church had Wilcox book a trip to Israel for which they have used in the past with good results.
Due to the War, we assumed Wilcox would cancel the trip but instead they mailed us a terms and conditions stating we were within the 45 day period where we would forfeit our money and they wouldn’t agree to any exception due to the War. We couldn’t go even if we desired to. The airline doesn’t fly there during this time and without question was willing to refund that part. Wilcox wouldn’t budge and refused a refund even during a War?
Don’t use this greedy company as we did, there are many better companies that would refund but “ Not Wilcox”

Our group booked a trip to Israel this past Dec. 2023. My group did not make the decision to cancel the trip. The cancellation was imposed on our group by circumstances beyond our control and in any case travel to Israel is impossible because airlines are not flying there. Wilcox has refused to refund our $500 deposit.
The tourist industry has been effectively interrupted in Israel by war.
Because of this I would not recommend using them. I need my $500 back. I made serval sacrifices to pay for this bucket list trip. Their actions have made me think twice about using a travel agency. I feel like they don’t care. I will not book with Wilcox ever again!

We just booked our tickets with Rachel from Wilcox World Travel for an international trip. The flights and trip have some complexity. She zeroed in on a best plan, flow, and price right away and honored all our travel preferences. We are brand new clients and look forward to a long relationship of working with her. I cannot recommend her highly enough. These days there can be a lot more to think about with travel and to have someone reliable to work with makes booking travel arrangements a much more breath-filled, secure and enjoyable experience.
