I can’t recommend Wicked Mouse Travel enough. Responsive, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional as can be. Two years ago, Willie planned my stay at Universal Studios so I could live out my childhood dreams for three days. He got me a stellar rate and everything was so easy to navigate! I found myself with one extra day in Florida and called Wicked Mouse Travel for help with a last-minute, ambitious day at Disney. I had only been to Magic Kingdom once when I was 5 years old, and Willie listened when I told him I was determined to visit all four parks in one day as a solo traveler. He went above and beyond, answering my panic texts at random intervals when I didn’t know which exit to use or how to get to EPCOT for a virtual queue eligibility. Willie managed to find a great rate for evenings at the resorts — a price that didn’t pop up for me on my own searches. Even though I bought my park ticket one day in advance (and missed a chance to purchase the one-time fast lanes), Willie’s advice paid off — I was able to do Tianna’s Bayou Adventure and Guardians of the Galaxy, as well as nearly every major ride at Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. I write about both trips because Wicked Mouse Travel is the go-to choice for long and short visits. Thank you for everything! Impressed is an understatement!!

Willie made everything easy for us. There have been so many changes since we last went to Disney. Willie took the time to explain it all. Willie was amazing. We were planning a quick trip to Disney and wanted to maximize our time there. We followed all of Willie's suggestions and were able to experience nearly 20 rides during a very busy time of year (spring break)! Willie is a wealth of information. Willie was even able to get us the specific room we were hoping to stay in at the Polynesian. If you're looking for help planning a trip to Disney, look no further. Willie is your man!

Working with Willie at wicked mouse is always an amazing experience. He's very knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of each park. This time we worked with him for Universal Studios for April vacation and we had a blast. Willie takes the time to know what your family likes as far as which rides are best, which way to enter the park that makes the most sense, to where to find the best places to eat! I appreciate that he uses special caution with my food allergies at the restaurants And notes on all the reservations that he makes for us! I highly recommend using Willie for both Universal and Disney! I can’t wait to book our next trip with him!

Last year we planned our first trip to Disney in 30 years to coincide with Halloween festivities. I didn’t even know what a Disney planner was, but a friend recommended Wicked mouse travel. I’m so glad she did- Willie was fantastic- he always took time to meet with us at any hour of the day when we were planning our trip. He was so knowledgeable and recommended certain hotels or restaurants and was very honest about his preferences and what he thought we would like best. We stayed at Disney yacht club on Willie’s recommendation and it was fabulous all around and we would definitely stay there again. He aLao helped us figure out what days to go to what parks and when it was time he made our dining reservations. Overall I think we had a great trip due to Willies guidance and recommendations. I would definitely recommend Wicked Mouse travel to anyone who is planning a trip to Disney!

Willie was amazing to work with! We were overwhelmed with the whole Disney planning process (especially post-Covid with so many changes) and Willie was patient and answered every question that we had.
