This is the most beautiful venue I’ve seen. Very quiet and peaceful. I took family photos here and they turned out amazing. So many different spots around the area to shoot. Barn is absolutely gorgeous. Very well taken care of. Owners, Sam, was very thoughtful and super nice and welcoming to my big family. I will definitely be back!

As a professional photographer, I have to admit, White Oaks has quickly became one of my favorite wedding locations here in East TN. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The owners are extremely kind and helpful as well. They made sure we had everything we needed and helped the wedding go smoothly and seamless. I can not compliment this location enough! Simply the most perfect little piece of heaven. my first time visiting I was astonished at the quietness and beauty around the barn. No loud trucks or honking cars driving by or loud airplanes and city noises. You can actually hear yourself think there and have a conversation which was important to me. Some sites the noises interrupt your event and I just wanted our time there special with family. We definitely had lots of privacy all the way around. It has the perfect floor for dancing in the barn (pic attached of our little girl testing it out 😉) and perfect spaces outside for gathering around to visit without feeling cramped. Absolutely beautiful space if you’re looking for something intimate, breathtaking, and meaningful for your wedding, you need to visit. To top it off, the owners are so sweet and helpful with anything you might need. Perfect little wedding site or even a fun family get together like we had.

We viewed this venue last weekend and it is beautiful! We are going to book with them for a family reunion, but a wedding at this location would be breathtaking! The barn and the views are stunning. The location is great. It's the perfect country setting but still convenient for lodging out-of-town guests. The owners were so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

This is such a beautiful establishment, we met with the owners for a tour, they were very welcoming & hospitable. We cannot wait to come back for our annual family photos, this may be our new favorite place. Not to mention it's such a peaceful and serene setting.
