I highly recommend this experience for the whole family. It was truly a great time, Michael our guide was super informative, helpful, and very nice. Our young girls 6 6 and 8 had a great time driving their own mini snow mobile. Great scenery, lots of great pics and memories. We ended the day with some hot cocoa. We plan on definitely coming back.

This was an awesome experience for my boyfriend & I!! We truly had a wonderful time!! I love how they let you practice first for a while & allow you to get used to operating the snow mobile before you go out on the trail! The tour guide was very patient & helpful as well! Beautiful views of the mountains!

I honestly don’t understand how anyone can give this company a bad review. This was 100% the highlight of our trip. We STILL can’t stop talking about it and watching videos 1 week later lol. They make it very simple. Book in advance, cancel within 48 hours if needed, be safe and don’t damage anything— you break it you buy it, something we’ve heard since we were kids— have fun, and they made it very clear that the tip is optional and according to you. I wouldn’t have since I already paid around $250 for the service but I was very willing to give my tip in the end because these guys definitely deserved it. They were soooo nice and accommodating, knowledgeable, and just overall made our experience one to remember. I even went through a snow storm on the way from Denver and what should have taken 2 hours to get there, ended up taking close to 5 because of traffic and road conditions, but I called 2 hours ahead of my scheduled time to let them know and kept them updated on my whereabouts and I thought I’d have to cancel and be done but they told me, don’t stop just keep coming and we will work with you. I was so happy because even though I was so late, they allowed us to take the next scheduled time and still come. THANK YOU for accommodating us and letting us have an experience we will never stop talking about!!! If we ever plan another trip to Colorado, we will 100% be using this company and taking advantage of the returning customer discount. I’ll always recommend them, don’t be swayed by the negative review people who made mistakes on their own but try it and you’ll enjoy it for sure!

I had an amazing experience with the White Mountain Snowmobile Tour! Our instructor, Mark, was the absolute best. As a girl from Texas with no clue what I was doing, Mark went above and beyond to help and made the entire experience so much fun. He was super patient and even nailed it with all the iPhone photos! ?❤️ I can’t recommend him enough and will definitely be booking with Mark again. Thank you for an unforgettable adventure!

Mario was an awesome guide. I’d definitely recommend him, the views were stunning and the experience was great. We felt safe the entire time but also had lots of fun. I do have to say I wish the tour guides did get paid accordingly so they didn’t have to hassle the patrons for tips! Overall would do it again, but I prefer a private session when other drivers are careless of having fun that can ruin your experience. Mario is great just wish the guide was paid accordingly so he can earn a living… If it wasn’t for my disclaimer this would of been a 5 star review. I can’t respond to the response below. But here’s my response to it, if they’re well compensated then why insist in a bigger tip as the guide mentioned “this is how we make a living”

This image captures the excitement of the prospector tour. Everyone is parked and awaiting instructions. Only a helmet will be provided. The "Prospector Tour" is extremely regimented with everyone traveling slowly in a single file line. Their equipment is the emphasis of safety not you.
You'll park about a quarter mile away where you'll dress in your own gear in a parking lot. Upon arrival you'll be asked for a credit card and told that a gratuity will be added to it. This appears to be mandatory and in return you'll get help fitting your helmet and they might take some pictures for you. You might be asked to initial each detail of a safety check list as a guide gives a safety briefing. You'll sign that list too. I guess they get to say, "We told you so." if anything bad happens. They might also tell you the porta-potty was cleaned yesterday. It wasn't. Bring your own hand sanitizer. Leave your drink on one of the tables. You won't need it out on the trail. You're gonna be back in 20 minutes anyway. No refund unless you cancel 48 hours prior.

This tour was awesome!! This was our first time snowmobiling and the staff was very helpful and attentive. They gave a protection explaining where and what we’d be doing then explained in detail how to use the machine. I did the 2HR prospector tour which is perfect if you’re just trying to get a hang of it and go for a joy ride. It feels like the perfect amount of time. After the tour they provide you with pictures for $35 and they’re amazing! I’ve attached them for reference. I would highly recommend!

Everyone was professional and very friendly. Most of all they were very patient.

Lots of winding trails and we stopped a few times to take pictures. Had a great time and recommend to anyone in the area.
