A review from a 10 year old:

I went on a field trip with Doug. He’s a skilled paleontologist. I would definitely recommend him as a Dino field trip person for anyone with any interest in fossils. When we went with him, we went to a deserty area and found lots of dinosaur fossils: mostly fragments, teeth, petrified wood, and a part of a skull. When we first got there I’d only be able to tell apart an obvious tooth from the rest of the rocks; now I can tell apart plant fossils, dinosaurs, soil nodules and gypsum from most rocks.

At his museum he talked about being on TV, discovering dinosaurs that “shouldn’t be there”, but are, and the bones and casts there were really cool. I’ve been into dinosaurs since I was a little kid; and this is way better those dig kits with fossils in them. It’s been the best and hottest dinosaur experience I’ve ever had by a lot, and worth the drive for me.

Great experience for the kids and adults alike. It's a very small Museum, but it's the time spent, the curiosity, and the knowledge transfer of the staff. Gave a donation for the museum visit. We learned that the staff is highly accredited in paleontology, and they can take you out on short day or whole day adventures, and do real life diggs and fossil hunting for a reasonable fee.

Such a fun experience! She described how they conduct digs in New Mexico with their students and the many discoveries they've published. She explained how they id their discoveries.
