I delivered my baby in their maternity section. I am so glad I went here instead of Jackson. It was much smaller, the nurses weren't as busy and were able to spend more time with each pt. Becky Johnson delivered my baby. It wasn't the smoothest delivery but her and the nurses were so knowledgeable, they knew exactly what needed to be done and saved my baby after she got stuck and had trouble breathing at first. This was my first baby and I was terrified. I will forever recommend going here instead of Jackson if you have the opportunity to. Thank you for the amazing experience.

They were all awesome from the front desk through the whole visit. As soon as they seen my chart they knew what it was I was having a severe allergic reaction to my medication they gave me the medication to counter react it was monitored for about an hour. Everything turned out great.

Terrible service, not friendly and definitely felt discriminate against.I was there for over 5 hours with my newborn and they made no attempts to see my child. They allowed another race to go in front of me. She stated that he had chest pains and I told her my 1 yr old is having trouble breathing. Which one is more important. She said well it looks like.he is breathing ok now... with a smart remark.. she was very rude and nonchalant about the condition of my grandson

The ER staff on duty were amazing!! They took care of my little girl quickly and efficiently and they were so kind, understanding, and informative during the whole process. We love Dr. Ramage and nurse Lee Ricketts!!

Very racist hospital. I came at 5:55 and my son wasn’t eating, coughing until he threw up and is dehydrated and they refused to service me and let a white guy go infront of me with minor chest pains. I sat for 5 hours with no service. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to a dog.

I went in at 4 am to the ER to be seen about lower pelvic pain that was so painful I was in tears, i suspected it to be a cyst rupture on my ovaries. When I get to the room the doctor (older white man) comes in to ask me what my issue was and then tells me that there is no one there to do a ultrasound, to me suggesting that there was nothing he could do. I told him about me having a miscarriage and he proceeded to say “that sucks for you” . Like I just found that so unprofessional. Needless to say after he left the room I then went back out to tell them I would go somewhere else since they couldn’t provide me the care I needed here. The nurse was very nice I will say. I did cry again after because I just felt like I was brushed off and that I wasn’t taken seriously here. Volunteer you need to do something about these issues and get your ratings up, this isn’t the only negative experience I’ve had here, just the first I’ve felt I needed to say something.

Everyone that took care of my mom was excellent. I will write a more detailed review later, but I wanted to get this 5-star review up. I can't say enough good things about the people here. Very compassionate care.
