We have used his platform to rent out our cottage for last at least 8 plus years, the family that owns it are professional an always trying to improve their product and their relationships with their customers. It is a pretty smooth system and you can be very clear about your expectations of your renters using this platform. We have been renting here more than 20 years since our kids were little and now we bring the grandkids! Its cozy, quiet and clean and conveniently located to Wellfleet, Truro and P'town. It is a short walk to Newcomb Hollow with literally miles of uninterrupted beach walking. A shady patio area is perfect for reading and resting and meals outside. It is a place unhook and unwind and explore the outer Cape. 1138 Gross Hill Rd.

We stayed for a week in The Boathouse on Pleasant Bay. The host and hostess couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with, even providing delicious stuffed clams on our first evening there. The view over Pleasant Bay is simply spectacular - my favorite body of water! The kitchen is fully equipped and all the appliances seem to be new. Definitely a cozy living room area with access to the deck. I think this rental is more suited to 2 people but there is a 2nd bedroom with twin beds. Being right on the water creates an unusual sewer system but it's manageable. My only recommendation is to install a higher toilet! Since the weather was sort of crummy the week we were there we would love to have had a wood burning fire but the fireplace is not operational at this point. I would recommend changing that. Otherwise, this rental is a wonderful spot!

I have used this site to list my property for the past two years and have used it to rent other properties on the cape and islands. It is very helpful in contacting landlords or property managers directly and extremely resourceful with information on the status of the current rental market using their blogs. I have used VRBO in the past and found using this site saves me $ hundreds in fees that others charge both renters and homeowners. Will definitely continue to use it and recommend it highly for anyone who is looking to rent short term or long term on the Cape and Islands.

We rented 36023 on Seaview Ave in South Yarmouth. It was perfect little space for our stay late August. It was so close for a light walk to great beaches. The patio was private and peaceful. We loved the pool which we had to ourselves. WENDY our hostess was simply amazing and made everything so wonderful! Our party was 2 adults and 2 kids..highly recommended!
