My first online review and well deserved.. I reached out to Wellington Hospitality Group to cater an event that was only a few days away. I worked closely with Julie, who was available by phone or email for every question and changes I had (and trust me, I had a lot!) She worked tirelessly to find the perfect food choices for our event and even when answering my emails at 9:00/10:00 p.m., she was always positive, kind and patient, which made all the difference!!

Who ever is the operator needs to get a grip and act according to a Hospitality place, I don't know how hard is to say yes, no, thank you instead of just hang up the phone in the middle of a conversation. Very rude man, needs to go back to training and if its the owner that's even worse, I don't suggest this place, terrible customer service.
