Positive: Room was clean and spacious. Proximity to highway and thru travel destinations is very good. Negative: Too much hype regarding their ?friendly? staff. Our experience was the exact opposite - they were cold and uninviting. Exception, was the housekeeping staff, which were all very nice.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were great and for someone who loves their privacy I had plenty. It was a perfect location for nearby activities and the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

This Outer Cape favorite has recently been renovated and the results are terrific. They took everything down to the studs, replaced the flooring, tile, and dry wall, repainted, new art work, etc. Plus the place is pristine clean and the owners/hosts are very accommodating. My only suggestion would be please provide a second luggage rack in the room (one for each guest if you are a couple). Also, warn guests that if you use the microwave while the iron is plugged in, you'll blow a circuit. The front desk reset the circuit immediately--no complaint there--but it's just something to be aware of.

A comfortable motel with a nice outdoor and indoor pool. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. I really loved the back porch. I asked for an upstairs room for more privacy and less noise. They obliged but charged me more for that room. This was the one downside because the rooms are already pricey, but not more so than other hotels in the area. I loved that the rail trail was accessible from the hotel, and it was close to all the activities I wanted to do on this side of the cape. I would stay here again.

After several stays and years of visiting the Cape, I can confidently say that this is the place! I’ve come both with and without my kids and it is always a pleasure for all of us. The rooms are tidy, beds are comfy, pools are well kept and the staff is truly delightful. They will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction (especially Sherry!). I wholeheartedly recommend this motel to anyone who appreciates a clean room, nice accommodations and helpful staff. Also, the breakfast is delicious!

Absolutely immaculate rooms. Bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it.... I definitely will be coming back after the winter season. I highly recommend this place 😉 With Karen ❤️

Spent a few days here. Very nice indeed. Clean and well run by a cheerful staff. The 2 room suite was spacious - the balcony is helpful too. The pools (indoor and outdoor) were both very clean, and the hot tub was a nice addition.||A great location near to Wellfleet and the beaches.

Nice motel in an ideal location on the cape. Very close to several great beaches including Marconi. Has a nice outdoor pool and breakfast restaurant which are bonuses. Staff are very nice and professional.||Biggest complaint is that the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything. I don’t think I slept the entire week I was there due to noise from adjacent neighbors, the guest on the floor above me, and the noisy AC. There’s a back door to units too that face a courtyard which is great for kids. But as a result, and a lot of bugs get inside the rooms. Lastly there was a plunger in my bathroom which is always a turnoff.
