Angie is an absolutely incredible wedding planner!! Having her full service wedding planning + coordination was the best decision we could have made. We chose a venue that required every single item to be brought in (Santa Barbara Historical Museum), and Angie guided us through every step of planning with ease, organization, and excellent advice. She’s extremely well connected in Santa Barbara, which means you have access to the best vendors (or vendors you might not even know about who ROCK). For example, Angie had great recommendations for hair & makeup which I wouldn’t have found online by myself, and they were truly the best hair and makeup vendors. There are a few things specifically I loved about working with Angie. 1) She makes you feel like you’re her only client (I truly don’t know how she does it, but it’s magical) 2) She balances giving advice with giving you options and room to make your own decisions. I especially loved how she helped bring my vision to life (which I needed a LOT of help with as I’m not a design person at all) 3) How she handles the actual wedding day—she goes above and beyond to ensure the day runs smoothly and that you’re able to actually enjoy the day.

Angie made the process so, so fun, and our entire wedding experience was spectacular because of her. Our family and friends can’t stop saying how it was the best organized wedding they’d been to (my mom especially had the best day and was not stressed whatsoever because Angie handled everything). Angie goes above and beyond, and our wedding day experience is a testament to that. It was the best day of our lives, it came together beautifully, and we were able to enjoy the process from first email to the final song on the dance floor because of Angie’s excellent service. Angie is the absolute best!! She was attentive to our wants and needs, beyond detail oriented, communicative, professional & experienced and just a pleasure to have part of our special day. She really went above and beyond to make our vision come to LIFE! Our whole day went insanely smooth all thanks to her and her outstanding team. They all kept the day running on time, executed all of our details perfectly and worked tirelessly to make our wedding perfect. Angie, you were absolutely incredible to work with.
We had a wonderful time partnering with Angie to create our dream wedding. She was recommended to us by our venue, The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, and we are so happy we chose her! Angie has such a positive personality, always kept everything under control, and never let us feel overwhelmed. It was so smooth at times we wondered what we were forgetting, and Angie always reassured us that we had it all covered. She did it ALL - from getting our vendor rates and availability sorted to showing us all our options and details that made the day come to life. Through our regularly scheduled calls and all the messaging in between, she asked all the right questions to help guide the process, (even for things we hadn't even thought about) and was always available for the one-off questions and to keep us sane, especially during those final two critical months before the big day.

Angie also has a wonderful website that organized all our to-do lists, inspo pics, budget info, timelines, vendor details, etc. We didn’t realize how essential something like this was for keeping us on track, and it was little extra details like this that made such a difference. It's because of Angie that we had such wonderful vendors, a significantly less painful planning experience, and a flawlessly executed wedding day!

Meeting Angie was the best part of the entire wedding planning experience, I am beyond thankful she was our wedding coordinator. She is the most kind, thoughtful and supportive person. I had no knowledge of anything wedding related prior. She listened to our vision over multiple coffee meetings and brought it to life even better than I could even imagine. She made the best recommendations for other vendors, we have no regrets about any decisions. My only regret is not getting a photo with her the day of because she played such a vital role to our special day. We received nothing but compliments from our guest after the wedding. She made detailed timelines, worked seamlessly with the other vendors, attended the wedding rehearsal. She even took our dog home the night of the wedding. It’s safe so say she is the absolute best!!!!

Angie is incredibly professional and enjoyable to work with. She is experienced, has relevant expertise, and understands the logistics of integrating all the moving parts of a three day event. She is organized, has strong relationships with the vendors needed to make an event perfect, and is an advocate for her client with those vendors. She always looked out for our best interests. Angie was thoughtful about what would work, gently steering us away from ideas that would not work. Some of our cost saving measures caused extra work for her, and she pitched in without complaint. At every possible moment, Angie stepped in to take stress of the wedding party, taking tasks off our shoulders and doing them herself. She was a complete pleasure to work with and to get to know.

I can’t say enough good things about Angie!! She’s the BEST!! She helped me to plan my husband’s 60th Birthday party at Gainey Winery’s Antique Barn last August in Santa Ynez. We hosted approximately 50 guests who traveled from So Cal and Nor Cal. It was a huge success.

As the barn is a blank slate in the middle of the vineyard, every detail was thoroughly addressed: catering, rentals, transportation, music, etc. Her recommendations were spot on and her taste exquisite. (I especially loved the florist and furniture rentals.) I also appreciated her cost-saving suggestions helping me stay on budget.

On the day of the party, I could enjoy the party like one of the guests because Angie was in command. She went above and beyond on decorating, coordinating the vendors, and even sharing photos of the day. I can’t wait to work with Angie again. Hopefully for a wedding next time .
