Saddleback did a great job with our wedding weekend. We started with a barbecue the night before, absolutely delicious. The wedding reception itself was wonderful. Throughout, their staff could not have been more friendly and eager to make sure our event was as enjoyable as possible. Erika, with whom we worked for the months beforehand, was friendly and helpful throughout. Overall a great culinary experience.

Thank you to Saddleback Mountain and Chef Coco!

Saddleback Mountain not only catered our wedding at Mountain Star Estate in Rangeley but also hosted our welcome party at the mountain the night before. Everything from the appetizers to the main courses was phenomenal! Chef Coco’s creative and unique menu absolutely exceeded these foodies’ expectations and made our wedding weekend one that we will never forget. Our guests raved about the food all night, and we've received countless compliments since.

Beyond the incredible cuisine, the Saddleback team was a dream to work with. Erika and Sylvia were there every step of the way to answer all of our questions, help with menu selections, and address last minute changes. They were professional, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to ensure our wedding weekend was flawless. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of their service. We can’t recommend Saddleback enough to any couple looking to cater a wedding in the Rangeley area!

Massive shout out and thanks to Saddleback for hosting our wedding this past July. Erika, Chef Coco, and the rest of the Saddleback crew went above & beyond to make our day so magical and smooth-sailing. Having a day-of coordinator built into the package really sealed the deal for us - Erika’s expertise in wedding and event planning helped us envision our big day; she knew all the right questions to ask, was highly responsive, and took so much of the day-of stress off our plates. We really appreciated how kind & supportive the entire staff at Saddleback was, and the location itself is priceless - our friends and family had a blast exploring Rangeley, and many who had never been there before are already planning their return trips. Do not miss out on this beautiful location and wonderful team to work with!

Five stars is not enough for Saddleback! The beauty of the mountain and the landscape alone should be enough to convince someone to get married here, but you also get the bonus of having Erika (the BEST coordinator in New England, I'm sure of it!) and the rest of the Saddleback staff helping make your wedding the most magical day!
