I cannot say enough about how incredible Vicki was in her role as the wedding planner for my son and daughter-in-law's recent wedding in Fairhope. Since the wedding was a "destination" location for us, we were particularly thankful for Vicki's extensive knowledge of the area and her experience working with virtually all of the local venues that we used. During our planning meetings, Vicki was very organized and precise, and brought up small, yet important, details that truly would have escaped my mind... and I consider myself very detail oriented. I can also say that Vicki, along with her assistant, allowed the rehearsal, wedding day, ceremony and reception to be a worry-free and enjoyable experience. No one had to wonder or worry about something being left out. Vicki did an amazing job of focusing on every detail of my daughter’s wedding (rehearsal, after rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception.) Let me just say that Vicki is amazing! I don't know how I would've had the most wonderful wedding day if she hadn't had a hand in our planning process. I grew up in Fairhope and live in Atlanta and also work in the event world, with little to no extra time for managing the details and selecting our vendors. Vicki handled all of this for us and made the planning process seamless and kept it fun. Her attention to detail, creative style and knowledge of all the local vendors made planning so easy!

As a catering and event consultant myself, I know how important it is to have a wedding planner and Vicki is the best of the best! She made sure we had something to eat, drink, she kept us on track with the timeline and made sure we had a blast while we completed all the "bride and groom tasks" that come with a wedding reception. She came highly recommended from my venue, The Fairhope Inn and made our day so special- she was the best investment we made during the entire process. Vicki is a life saver. A hurricane came through on the exact day of my daughter's wedding, changing nearly every aspect of Vicki's meticulously coordinated plan, as well as the availability of vendors and locations. But Vicki was the essence of calm and rearranged it all in no time. Her network of contacts was crucial to moving locations and filling in for vendors who could no longer travel.
We had a fantastic rehearsal dinner and gorgeous ceremony. My only regret is not booking her to handle the whole process from the very start! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and even for snag-free wedding planning (if there is such a thing), she makes the process so simple. Can't recommend her enough!
