I used to come here a lot through a nursing agency to work, during this time the management and the way the building ran is so unorganised and so unsafe the amount of number of falls that happen per month in this building is sickening, however I always came and did my best Even when they would give me a ridiculous amount of total care patients to take care of, I just cared about the patient Kare and getting a job done however I was banned from ever working at the nursing home because of Ky Staff accusing me of Stealing the patient’s food and eating it And fired me from ever working there without even questioning me and left the unit shortstaffed because the kitchen staff said I was eating the food and never once came to me and asked

Person answering phone did know basic knowledge of being a receptionist.
Did not know who was living there.
Person put me on hold and I waited for 11 minutes and 30 seconds WAITING FOR THEM TO ANSWER PHONE "IN THE BACK" SHE SAID.
NO ONE ANSWERED AS TIME RAN OUT ON WAITING.

Walked through this place this past weekend and it stunk so bad from pee I almost threw up. Had a relative that was in here under former management and it was always clean and smelled good. This place needs new management

I go here to visit my boyfriend stepmother, very nice place that I've been in, they care a Lot about the people staying here, the whole staff are very nice, very clean, her name is Mrs.Carpenter very sweet lady, I'm sure y'all all know her husband too, he visit her all the time
