Incredible company! Don’t hesitate! I can honestly see why they are phenomenal at what they do! Absolute pleasure working with Ryan Atkin, the owner of WeOwnSouthBeach.com, during one of the busiest weeks of the year. Ryan met with me (and my family) at the resort to show us our 1BR/2Bath suite located. Ryan was always available to assist our every need. When we needed rollaway beds and valet parking, he was able to accommodate and even save us a good amount of money. It was also my parents’ 57th wedding Anniversary. Ryan asked me to send a picture from their Honeymoon to prepare a special surprise. He used one of his many connections to accommodate all of us at Setai’s sold out brunch. And, we were greeted with 2 personalized “bride & groom” champagne bottles on our table when we first arrived. My parents loved the surprise and this was such a nice touch! Ryan’s level of connections, professionalism and personalized service make him the obvious choice when booking any of his properties and concierge services. Thank you so much to Ryan and his staff at WeOwnSouthBeach. We will be back to utilize his services again and again!

Outstanding Service! This was my 1st time meeting Ryan & booking through his company, WeOwnSouthBeach. I’m a local in Miami & wanted to throw my friend the Best Bachelor party possible. After searching online, I found Ryan with WeOwnSouthBeach Concierge. He went above & beyond & we all had such a great time! Everything was planned perfectly! Ryan was able to accommodate us with 2 Amazing suites at FontaineBleau for our entire time frame. Our connecting suites were newly renovated & had incredible ocean views. His staff set up the perfect surprise for the Groom to be! When we first walked in, there were personalized bottles of Clase Azul & multiple cutouts of the groom’s face! It started off the party right!

Ryan was able to assist us with all of our dinner reservations too. We went to Marion on Thursday night for their weekly dinner party & had a blast! He was able to contact one of the owners at SexyFish to arrange a great table for our large group on a sold out Friday night! On Saturday night, Ryan was able to accommodate the Best rooftop table at Mila for our party of 8 guys! These nights are the busiest for all restaurants mentioned & we were amazed how seamless we were able to get in! Ryan has the Best connections to every Miami hotspot you’d like to experience!

He also has multiple yacht charters to choose from. We booked a 75 foot yacht with captain & crew and not only was the yacht stocked with all of the Food/Alcohol we pre-ordered, Ryan had complimentary captain hats for all of us. That was such a nice touch & unexpected. Ryan was able to set up nightclub tables with discounted minimums at LIV & E11 and even had one of his hosts personally walk us right in. His company offers a ton of concierge services and I can see why WeOwnSouthBeach is the #1 Concierge company in Miami. Thanks to Ryan & his staff for making this celebration perfect & memorable! We will be celebrating again real soon!

My stay at Fontainebleau would have never been the same without the help from Ryan. I would recommend the services of We Own South Beach to anyone traveling to Miami.

Ryan always got back to us with an answer for everything in a timely and courteous manner. Everything was amazing and stress free. We took advantage of many concierge services his company offers. We were able to order a complete grocery/alcohol list prior to our arrival and when we checked in, Ryan’s staff stocked our suite with everything. This was a huge convenience for us. He also has many different yacht charters available located right across the street from FontaineBleau. We booked a 6 hour charter on a beautiful 86 foot yacht through Ryan at the best price possible! We walked to the dock from our suite. Everyone had a blast! All yachts have captains & crew…it was very relaxing & easy to book. Ryan is very connected throughout South Beach. He suggested incredible dinner parties for us to attend, booked every restaurant reservation for us & was always available to assist our requests. We didn’t want to leave!

Highly recommend hiring Ryan Atkin / WOSB if you're looking for a luxury travel & event concierge. I had a group of 12 guys come visit for a week and he helped coordinate an itinerary that would blow away even the most discerning clients:

- Full time dedicated chauffeur team with multiple Escalade motorcade
- 100ft yacht with private chef catering onboard, jet skis on the yacht, as well as a wakeboarding boat & captain/spotter that accompanied the yacht
- Pool cabana @ Hyde with insane 6+ bottle service parade and food catering (a FEAST)
- VIP entry & escort to Bacardi Lounge @ Miami Heat with private table & hostess
- Multiple high-end restaurant reservations where we were put on the private executive list with no wait during the busiest days & times
- Private chef & bartender at our mansion who made a custom multi-course dinner menu + drink pairings with each course, as well as a mixology show while waiting for our food to be prepared by a team of 4 chefs
- Shopping for food & beverages to stock our yacht and house
- Table reservations at multiple lounges & clubs with pre-negotiated discounted minimums & VIP entry
- Etc etc etc

Ryan spent MONTHS planning and coordinating this luxury experience and then was there every step of the way to make sure it was executed without a single hiccup, and without us having to lift a finger.

If you are looking for the ultimate level of LUXURY, then go straight to Ryan Atkin and do not even consider wasting your time or money with anyone else, and definitely do not attempt to coordinate something like this yourself.

My group and I had a fantastic experience working Ryan and the WeOwnSouthBeach crew. We were in Miami for the weekend and Ryan helped set up a yacht charter that exceeded our every expectation. Ryan did an excellent job with communicating with us and was very flexible with accommodating our group. Everything we needed was already provided on board which made it so easy...we just had to get on board and we were good to go. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable of the area and was able to take us to a nice spot to anchor and swim. This was my first time working with WeOwnSouthBeach and I was so impressed!!
