The team at Waveform was amazing! From the sales team to our actual DJ Ryan, we are so relieved that we went with them. We were handheld through the planning process through the day of the wedding, and oh my gosh was it so organized, fun, and left a great impression. I love DJ Ryan's personality, he is genuine, fun, and can read the dancefloor---he added some timely announcements here and there and has a good sense of humor without being corny. I kept getting compliments all evening about the evening's playlist, and we had a tough crowd to please. He made sure all of our non-negotiables were met and threw in some cool tunes too. Waveform helped us craft the perfect experience for our guests at our wedding reception! As our DJ and MC, Ryan played great music for our guests during cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing, and he kept guests engaged during special moments like our first dance and the anniversary dance. Several guests told us later that they had never been to a wedding reception with a DJ/MC who was such a natural, professional entertainer. We had a lot of kids at our event, and he did a great job playing clean music that kept people out on the dance floor. We are so glad we went with Waveform!

We worked with Waveform Events for our outdoor lighting for our wedding. Unfortunately, it rained on our wedding day so we were not able to fully appreciate Waveform's work, but we wanted to write a review to really highlight the process beforehand.

It was a challenge finding a lighting vendor that was within our budget and was also able to take down the lights the night of our event. Our venue had an event the next day so we were on a very tight timeline. From the very first outreach, Waveform events (Martin and Ryan) were prompt in answering my questions about lighting and attending to our timeline needs. On such short notice, they even visited our venue on the way back from another event to check out the space and see what could work. They sent us a diagram of the lighting plan, which fit perfectly with our vision! Their willingness to go above and beyond to check out the space left us feeling so assured in working with them and knowing they would take care of us. Their quote was also very reasonable compared to other lighting quotes. Thank you to Waveform events for taking such great care of us in the planning process!

My husband and I found Waveform Events through our planner and hired DJ Amanda to provide DJ services for our wedding in downtown LA in September. The music was one of the elements of the day we both cared the most about. We are the type to make a very specific playlist for every occasion, so while we had a very specific vision and requests for the different parts of our wedding day, we also wanted to hand it off to a professional who could read the crowd and keep the energy going. And wow did Waveform and DJ Amanda deliver! Our dance floor was lit from start to finish and we got so many compliments on the music. She followed all of our many instructions to a T while reading the vibe and keeping the party going all night long, from guest arrivals to the final dance set of the night. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I cannot recommend Waveform highly enough. Our DJ Ryan was phenomenal. We told him we wanted the wedding basics but also we love lesbian pop. He fully came through. The lighting was everything I could have dreamed of. I have literally never been to a wedding with a DJ as good as Ryan. Other DJs I looked at that I thought would be similar quality were asking for $1k-$2k more than Waveform. Additionally, many other DJs I met with charged a ton for different add-ons. The dance floor was packed the whole night everyone from my 5 year old ring bearer to my 70 something mother-in-law was having a great time. He also did a great job of emceeing. Ryan is professional, kind, and theatrical in a good way. He knows when to step into the light and when to step out. He also incorporated our favorite songs that were not dance-y into other parts of the evening. I cannot recommend them enough!
