Great little waterpark to fill an afternoon with your Littles! Around the holidays and in the summer it can be super packed but other times there is plenty of space and stuff to do! It has 2 tubing water slides, 2 body slides, a lazy river, a wave pool and an awesome water playground!

A great little water park not far away!

Our kids LUV the water. Adding water slides, a lazy river, and a small wave pool, they could have nearly mistaken this place as a little piece of paradise. There’s something for everyone—all ages—including adults. A big section for little kids to splash around and they even have their own little water slides. For around $22 a person (they have discounts for younger kids) it’s a great spot for water fun. There are places to eat there at the Villages but you can’t bring in outside food. Kona Ice was outside when we went. We were most recently there for a birthday party. All the kids had a great time.

A lot of fun for the whole family. Younger kids can enjoy a smaller water play area with three different slides, waterfalls, water guns, tipping buckets, and more. There is a lazy river, and a wave pool. Kids over 42 inches can use two different body slides, and anyone over 48 inches can ride the tube slides. The tube slides are fantastic, fast and long, and in the winter months when it gets darker you ride in complete darkness, adding to the fun!
Life vests are available for use. Indoor and outdoor seating.
The locker rooms are okay (bring flip flops/ sandals) because the floor is not the cleanest. There are two showers in the locker room, I would enjoy it if they would add more.
Plenty of lifeguards, and the ones I've spoken to have been very kind and professional.
My family spent 6 hours there last time, and we all had a blast!
Overall it's a great experience and I highly recommend this place for families.
Visited for the third time in January 2023. Same great experience, 8 and 6yo kids loved it. They had staff shortages though so you had to wait in line a bit longer, plus one of the two tube slides was closed.

We made a quick trip to take the kids to the indoor water park at the end of August. Perfect time to go, not crowded or busy at all. The cabin was OK. The carpet was disgusting but what carpet isn't in a rental room?
The indoor water park was alot smaller than I remember but it was fine for 2-3 hrs.they had a mini shallow wave pool, 2 body slides,2 tube slides, small lazy river(raft shortage) and a toddler playground.
Life guards seemed mostly responsible. But only one life guards (the little blonde girl) were over kill fussing at all the babies and toddlers parents for everything including breathing. She's the reason you wouldn't want to stay long or enjoy your experience. Which is why I put 4 instead of 5 stars.

So much fun! The water was a little cold especially for February. But everyone had a blast. The staff were very nice and understanding.

I hate I had to leave a star to leave this review. We were there Valentine's weekend. Invited my son and his family only to find their room had bed bugs. My DIL and granddaughters had bites on them. Milo sent someone to confirm the bed bugs. After confirming they sent someone to treat out clothes/luggage. They promised us a refund only so they can text us a few days later saying there was no confirmation. Sadly, we upgraded our membership that Saturday with Bryan. Who was amazing at explaining everything to us. Unfortunately, we are extremely disappointed and don't plan to upgrade. We were suppose to sign and fax everything back to Bryan. I don't see that happening. STAY AWAY from this place!! Unless you want to wake up with BED BUGS!!!
