We were at Watermill on 2-14-25. Amazing venue! The filet mignon was amazing! We cut it with a fork, it was so tender! My short ribs was perfection. The servers and bartenders made the day very enjoyable!

Watermill Caterers is a beautiful venue, we absolutely love shooting weddings here. The outdoors provide perfect backdrops for portraits, with their gorgeous landscape and gardens. There are so many locations as well, allowing for tons of variety. The ceremony space is wonderfully decorated, every shot from every angle is magical. The indoors is also stunning, with their high ceilings and elegant design, make every photo timeless. Here are some of our favorite shots:

Came here for my best friends wedding! It was beautiful! The staff were so kind and the bridal suite was gorgeous! Cocktail hour was fantastic and the food was amazing! Had so much fun dancing the night away!

I recently attended a friend’s wedding at Watermill Caterers in Smithtown, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The venue itself is beautiful, and the event was well organized. However, there were a few aspects worth noting.

Ceremony:
The ceremony was held outdoors, which provided a lovely setting. Unfortunately, the proximity to the street meant that noise from passing cars and motorcycles occasionally disrupted the proceedings. This was a bit distracting and took away from the otherwise serene atmosphere.

Food and Cocktail Hour:
The food was a highlight of the event. The cocktail hour was particularly impressive, featuring a wide variety of passed hors d’oeuvres and several themed food stations. Guests enjoyed a sushi bar, Chinese food bar, Italian pasta bar, and a meat carving station, among others. The dinner entrées also looked very appetizing and were well-received by the guests.

Ballroom:
The ballroom, located downstairs, was elegantly decorated and spacious. A notable feature was the outdoor area adjacent to the ballroom, which provided a comfortable space for guests to smoke and socialize.

Overall, Watermill Caterers provided a wonderful venue for the wedding, with excellent food and a pleasant atmosphere. The only downside was the occasional noise from the nearby street during the outdoor ceremony. Despite this, it was a memorable and enjoyable event.

What a great place for a wedding reception. Yeah, it's old school but it's been redone and is fresh , clean and has plenty of space. The food was top tier. The dj and decorations for Christmas were great. All in all, great fun was had by all. I recommend. Tell em Barsnobs sent ya!

We recently held my son’s Bar Mitzvah at Watermill Caterers, and I cannot say enough about how incredible Robert and his entire staff were. From start to finish, they made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free, truly going above and beyond.
