Very charming heritage house from the 1920s. I would have given a 5 star review except there was no TV and no washer and dryer. Even though, it was a wonderful and very peaceful place to stay. Everything was clean and in excellent working order. They had enough coffee and filters for our entire stay, which was 8 days. The beds were comfortable, the bath/shower worked great and everything in the kitchen worked. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need except a blender. The town of Washington is quite small and we saw very few people. It was very relaxing.

Totally enjoyed our week long stay. Very comfortable and relaxing. Enjoyed the enclosed screen porch where you could sit and look outside at the beautiful landscape. The hosts were amazing, bringing us freshly baked banana bread during our stay. I totally recommend staying at the Washington Grace Cottage. You really get a feel for Arkansas living!

Loved staying here. It was a beautiful little get away in a state park loved leaning the history. It was so relaxing and beautiful. Had that quiet country feel.
