Fairly new to Warren, MA. and I needed repair work on my 2006 Chevy truck. My first experience with Warren Truck and Auto Repair was excellent. Brian was honest, truthful, and to the point. The problem was diagnosed and the full cost of the work was given before the work was started. The work was completed quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Service has gone downhill over the past few years. Told Brian about a check engine light I needed to be fixed, he found the issue and told me it would be $500 to repair. Go to pick up the car and all the sudden it is $750. I get sometimes things come up and it may be more, but increasing the quote by 50% the common courtesy is giving a phone call to the customer to let them know instead of blindsiding them. He overcharged us, as apparently we had an oil filter housing problem, and then he charged us for an oil change as well, which comes with an oil filter housing replacement. We pay it anyways and get the car back, the check engine light is still on but he says it will go away. We wait a couple weeks, doesn’t go away, car on limp mode. We then bring it in a second time. He says he fixed it. Very next day light comes back on. Tell him about it again, he says he’s gonna actually fix it. Third time now, which takes time out of work schedules, rescheduling doctors appointments just for him to do a job correctly after THREE times. Got my car back Tuesday, just for the engine light to come back on today (Thursday.) The place went from a reliable mechanic shop to an absolute joke, we paid over $700 for shoddy work that will need to be repaired at an actual mechanic shop. Spoke to several people about it and apparently we aren’t the only ones who are no longer going to him for the same issues I have.

Would recommend to anyone. Very reasonable prices. Quick and good work. I was caught in a pickle of an emergency and these guys got it done. Go here for whatever you need!

I've brought multiple trucks to Brian over the years. Being a business owner that needs his trucks up and running, having a local, dependable mechanic is key. Brian is very knowledgeable, my trucks are always fixed quickly, and you can't beat the customer service!! I would highly recommend them!!!

Best mechanic I know! Finding a mechanic you can trust is very important and I fully trust Warren Truck & Auto. They have always been there for me, and I currently drive about 30 mins away just to get to them. Wonderful people, wonderful work, and their prices are very fair.
