Neighbors are cool, just the hoa is messed up. Used to live there for years. There was a good management for a long time, then they switched. I think the person that managed it finished college then moved on. After that, they switched a new one, which is a reason I sold out. In a few years they should be at 1k a month for hoa. They do dumb things like Mow the lawn 2 to 3 times a week. That gets expensive. I thinks it's to justify how much they charge for HOA. Glad I was able to sell. It's not all bad though center of town close to everything. you don't have to worry about any maintenance. They need a new board also manager than the value would increase right now the homes are cheep, for a reason.

The manager created problems because I didn't use their company to sell my home. That created all kinds of problems. It was like she did everything before all her moves were timed out so good luck
