This venue is beyond wonderful! Easy access to owners for questions and assistance, the coordinator was so friendly and helpful and there was staff on hand during setup to assist. We used the chapel (January wedding) and it was perfect. So many picturesque sites for photos. (I only have a few photos to share as our event was yesterday.) Bridal suite and groom’s cabin held everyone comfortably. So happy we chose Wagon Springs!♥️

We cannot say thank you enough for the services and hospitality Wagon Springs Ranch has shown us the last several months! Carl and his staff exceeded expectations and went above and beyond for us. We utilized the Wine Room, suites, outdoor stage and dance hall. Everything was so beautiful, organized and neat. You can’t beat the views either! We will always recommend WSR and wish we could give more than 5 stars! Thanks a million!

Beautiful venue for weddings and events, that’s run by even better people. I have been to multiple weddings and other fundraising events out at Wagon Springs and the scenery and venue never disappoint. They even made recent upgrades to their main building and it’s perfect. I can’t imagine finding a better place in the Hill country to host a wedding or fundraiser. Highly Recommend.

This is a beautiful ranch made special for weddings. Lots to choose from to make a dream wedding. Beautiful sunsets, and the buildings are beautiful as well. With great accommodations for the wedding party. I highly recommend anyone wanting to book for a wedding come see Wagon Springs you will love it!

Such a beautiful event property in Burnet. The attention to detail and customization for our dream event was amazing. The owners, Carl & Heather are so delightful and dedicated to making every detail perfect. The cabins are adorable for overnight guests as well as the separate accommodations for the bridesmaids and groomsmen. Loved it

Our daughter and son-in-law had their wedding there in June 2023. The venue itself is in a beautiful setting out in the country. The chapel is quaint & Peaceful. Reception area is rustic in appearance and you can decorate it to match your style.

We had the dinner rehearsal in the wine room. Was absolutely perfect for the food that was catered. Clean up was easy. Loved the ambience.
Love, the fact that it was on site. And that people could just walk over to the chapel for the rehearsal itself.
The wedding was in the chapel. I love the huge window, looking out onto the ranch, nice peaceful, setting beautiful little chapel inside again you can decorate to your liking. It was the perfect size for a little over 130 people.
As for the reception, it was fantastic! The reception hall is nice and rustic as well. They have a bar that you can stock plenty of room for the amount of guests.
Carl and his staff were always very attentive, and when we had people show who didn’t RSVP, they were quick to make sure additional tables and chairs were set up. The coordinator did a great job, as did the bar tender.
We rented the Bridal cabin the night before, there is plenty of room to get make up and hair done. Lots of mirrors so no one has to share. Beautiful wedding! Perfect setting! And good hard-working people owning it. Thank you, Carl and family for a beautiful wedding venue. We will never forget it.

The best day of our lives 💙 I cannot say enough about this venue!! Seriously! The owner Carl is fantastic truly a great guy to work with I can’t count the number of times he dropped what he was doing to answer the questions I had already asked three times now 😂😂 I also want to add that Carl is very understanding in a lot of situations and very kind and not everybody is that way!! we also got to work with our wedding coordinator (Jennifer) Jen was absolutely FANTASTIC unfortunately a lot of our ideas just didn’t work out due to our timeline and she was right there to help us. 100% Jen knew exactly what to do and what decorations to help us really pull this together which helped me 1000% we don’t know what we would have done without having her there!! Everybody is honestly so great and awesome the staff is absolutely fantastic! Not to mention it’s just absolutely stunning some of our guest even got to see the baby buffalo! There’s so many unique animal moments here that you just wouldn’t typically get to see in a normal wedding. While I was walking down the aisle the buffalo were out to roam in the background and some sandhill cranes just happened to fly over as we were walking down the aisle it was a moment we will never forget!!! The only thing I can say we regret is not getting the chance to try out the winery because the views look absolutely amazing! I would also recommend the Cadillac salon they work with Carl very often and they absolutely nailed my hair and make up even without doing a trial! I would also recommend the cabins on the ranch we didn’t get the opportunity to do this either but if I could go back we would definitely make sure it happened!! Not one single guest had anything negative to say about this venue at all our guests truly enjoyed this place so much!! We heard so many comments about how beautiful and gorgeous it was and how much better and made the wedding! If we could do it over we would still do it 1000% at this ranch truly nowhere else in Texas I would want to get married!! PS pictures With the Buffalo are such a beautiful staple to add to your wedding pictures!!

I will recommend Wagon Springs Ranch for the rest of my life. This venue was everything we could have hoped for. It is the most beautiful venue. Carl, Daniel & Leezet were so awesome to work with and such nice/great people. I do not have a single bad thing to say, everything was perfect. These are just a few out of the many picture we got💜
