Carolina is the best groomer. Our Boys can’t wait to see her. She takes the greatest care and with them and lets us know if she sees anything that may need attention. She has groomed our last 6 Bichons. The newest two are now 6! Staff is friendly and they know the Boys❤️🐾

Sofia at Wag Hotels grooming is a STAR!! I cannot go anywhere else forever because she does an excellent job at cutting my Shiloh! I actually discovered her because I saw this woman walking her little dog and they looked so cute and I asked her where her dog got groomed and she recommended Sofia at WAG hotels. I can’t recommend her enough especially with small dogs. My family members abroad know her name because every time they comment on how cute Shiloh is I say “ that’s Sofia!!!” .

Wag Hotels has been great for us and Bailey, our pit mix pup. We board Bailey while we’re on vacation and the staff is very patient with us and our pup. I love the photos they send to keep us informed of how she’s doing. And when we pick her up, the staff is informed to provide us feedback on her stay. They even have cameras to view the play groups if you so choose. We also use the daycare here and their hours fit our schedule perfectly. There is no other daycare/daystay with these hours. Thanks Wag Hotels!!

This was the best dog hotel I have ever taken my cookie to. The staff at the ground desk were very friendly. I love the live video to look in on her when they are doing play time. I like the pics that was send daily showing cookie having a good time. The price is a little high but it is well worth the free extra dollars for cookie to feel at home. They also offer military discount which is always a plus. This will be the only place cookie will be going from now on. Thank you wags hotel in Redwood City. And cookie says hello.

I really appreciate the care that was given to my fur baby Bandit. Everyone was so caring and I really appreciated the pictures and communication during his stay. Bandit seem to be having a good time!

Over the past two years we've been satisfied with boarding and daycare. We recognize a lot of the same front desk and caregiver staff. Usually receive multiple pictures a day, and our dog is always enjoying herself!

Experienced with all different dogs and their quirks. The dogs came back happy from socializing with other dogs and were very clean and well cared for. You can take a long trip and the dogs will be in good hands. We enjoyed the daily photos and care via email on our trip. The staff are kind and friendly.

Our dog has extreme separation anxiety, so we were really nervous about leaving her, but decided on daycare at the Wag Hotel while we attended a wedding. We opted for a Deluxe Suite, so she could see out of the glass doors and we could watch her on the Wag Cam! Everyone at the Wag Hotel was so nice and our dog was well taken care of. Though she was happy to see us when we picked her up, she was calm and not stressed out as we feared she might be. Well done Wag Hotel!
