I reached out to Voltaire Luxe Co. 4 weeks before a surprise Chef's table dinner party at Menton Restaurant in Boston. The surprise was for my fiancee who pays attention to EVERY detail and is highly critical. As the Chief of Staff of her company, paying attention to details is ingrained in who she is as a professional... and she was blown away by Voltaire's decorations. She gave it a 10/10. (And I did too!) Stephanie, the CEO & Creative Director of Voltaire Luxe Co., pulled everything together seamlessly!! Everything was so beautiful.

We had the following customized items:
- 2 & 7 marquee lights
- balloon garland
- grass wall
- bouquet
- floral centerpiece
- spread with rose petals, candles, and gold velvet napkins.
- happy birthday sign with birthday girl's name
- name plates
- acrylic menu

Stephanie coordinated with the restaurant manager to get measurements on the room, schedule set up and schedule break down of the decorations. We didn't have to worry about a thing. I definitely recommend this company.

P.S. we were able to keep the center piece, bouquet, custom name plates, happy birthday sign and the acrylic menu!

Owner Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely helpful from the time we booked until the event was over. Always responded in a timely manner. Helps you with getting rentals if needed. Has great recommendations. Space is very clean, also has two bathrooms, both also very clean. Working with Stephanie was like a walk in the park, made my experience so very smooth. I am very pleased with her customer service and her venue. I definitely recommend. Where do I begin!! Stephanie and her Voltaire Team made our wedding vision a reality. From beginning to end she was professional, attentive, and a joy to work with. As the wedding approached, Steph made sure all of our asks were met. When a problem arose, she offered solutions, or fixed it before we even noticed. Our wedding day was perfect...the venue, the design, the look, the feel was exactly what we wanted. By the end of the wedding planning Stephanie became family. We are very happy with the services provided by Voltaire Luxe Co. for our Nigerian and American weddings (300+ people)! From the moment we brought them on board just 90 days before our big day, they started transforming our vision into reality with a level of professionalism and grace that exceeded our expectations.

Our package included one main coordinator to help us with pre-wedding details and two additional coordinators on the wedding day itself. Our main coordinator worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was meticulously planned, offering invaluable advice and seamless coordination. Their experience and strong network of vendors allowed us to make last-minute requests with ease, which was a huge relief during the final stretch of planning - HUGE.

On the day of the wedding, Voltaire Luxe Co. brought their A-game. They had one coordinator managing the wedding and reception venue, another dedicated to the groomsmen, and a third focused on the bridesmaids and me. Despite the complexity of coordinating a large wedding party of around 20 people, things went well. The one area of improvement they could make is making sure the coordinator assigned to the groomsmen is as assertive as he needs to be in order to communicate expectations - especially with large bridal parties. However, it is hard to coordinate such a large group, so we understand. Nonetheless, they kept the event on schedule and handled every hiccup that came their way with calm professionalism and a reassuring presence.

What truly set them apart was their ability to resolve issues that went beyond the usual scope of their role. Their resourcefulness and commitment to ensuring our day was perfect was evident throughout. Whether it was a last-minute vendor request or a logistical challenge, they tackled every issue with a positive attitude and quick thinking.

Thanks to Voltaire Luxe Co., our wedding day was everything we had dreamed of and more. Their expertise, attention to detail, and exceptional service made a world of difference, and we couldn't be more grateful. Voltaire Luxe Co. Was the best decision made. Knowing what our schedules were going to be, we wanted a company we could trust, rely on, be flexible, meet the needs of the wedding and help bring our vision to life.
