Scam Alert! Over two years ago they attempted to sell me a “vacation package” because I previously traveled with Hilton.

Turns out VIP Concierge Services in Kissimmee FL (or VIP Confirmations, the name they tried to bill me under) have nothing to do with Hilton Hotels, Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) or Diamond Resorts which HGV purchased in 2021.

The Rep spoke as if VIP owns properties, which they don’t. They have nothing to do with the legitimate Hilton or former Diamond Resorts. They sell travel certificates / vouchers they claim luxury properties honor which is not true.

Now a Rep just called to say I owe a balance, specifically referencing the call they made to me over two years ago.

So I’ve filed a complaint with Florida’s Dept of Agriculture & Consumer Services and previously with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) where V.I.P. Concierge Services Inc. is rated an “F.” Per BBB, the company and it’s president, Andrew Russo, do not respond to complaints.
