The venue is gorgeous and spacious. Just had my babyshower here and rushed to leave this review. Not only was the venue clean, parking was included/enough for space for many guests, but the venue owner Roshida was amazing. She also did the decorating for the event and it brought me to tears. She was patient, efficient, and her work was amazing. I trusted her and she brought our vision to life! I can’t thank her enough. My whole experience was a 10/10.

Be very careful when booking this place… The owner will put one thing in the contract and totally do something different. My contract says the time from start to finish. I was let in the building my contract start time and was out before the end of the contract end time.And she still took my security deposit. I left the place clean and free of all trash. When we enter the building it was about 200 chairs pushed in the corner of the party area . Which took up a lot of space that we could have used the chairs looked bad just sitting in the corner stacked during the party. She told me it would be a extra $150 to have the chairs moved. It was no napkins or tissue in bathrooms . She stated I should have called her to tell her that . Why should I have to do that if your acting like your running a professional business.I called and texted her for several days before my event about information on the tables and chairs with no response. She called back the day before my event. At this point I had to use her because I had already paid my full payment. It was like she went ghost on me after she had my money. Beware of Roshida she will find away to keep your security deposit. Also I had to clean the restroom before my event. Obviously she doesn’t check the venue like she should before every party .

Amazing Venue & owner Mrs. Edwards♥️. This venuue is great for all events & located minutes away from the heart of downtown Savannah, Enmarket arena as well as the Johnny Mercer Theatre. Easy & affordable booking. Staff was amazing as well. Black owned & operated great venue.

This place is where you WANT TO/SHOULD BE!! Spacious! Elegant! Warm and toast during the winter and cool, refreshing and comfortable during the summer. 3 HVAC units, 3 restrooms, 3 multipurpose/engagement rooms, kitchen, lounge area, on-site security for your convenience, vast parking area and a genuine, knowledgeable, personable and professional owner that you'd be doing business with. This...is...THE...PLACE!!!

Great event venue. Spacious very well temperature controlled. Great working kitchen and serving area. The only thing was that dirt parking lot my shoes and my feet picked up dust and there was some mud potholes to watch out for.

It’s crazy, as a black woman no shade to others but I try to support black owned businesses. But after this weekend , I’m forever good! I do take part for not making sure agreements and contracts were met correctly! From not getting a contract until 15 days before my event , THE DAY IT WAS DUE ,no mentions of an incidental fee when I paid my deposit nor when we did the walk thru. Almost everyday after that there was something different. You mention your assistant was going to contact us on a certain date but she didn’t Intervine until you felt that things was getting unprofessional due to a personal relationship. Our personal relationship never had anything to do with it. Things were unprofessional when you start sending messages after business hours between 11pm-5am, when you didn’t mention a contract and fees at the beginning , when you PURPOSELY came to the building AFTER my wife and I left to start confusion!! Maine tried to speak to u on our wedding day about emergencies that needed to be discuss but you wanted your security guard to handle it because … he was the manager , but also the parking attendant. 3 different level of roles that you wanted ONE person to handle while overseeing 100 plus people . But your all about business and being professional but you can’t even manage sending a contract , filling it out CORRECTLY , and holding a business conversation that needed to be discussed with the BUILDING OWNER , which you said that you were. Your assistant wasn’t available to reach because you never gave her number. We tired to inform you that we didn’t know someone had took alcohol bottles into the building but we would have taken it out or Shareema Howard who was there but there wasn’t a vehicle for her to put it in. I also found out that I could have served alcohol if it wasn’t being purchased. Being professional is a MUST by you even if I don’t.

I feel bad for those who have to put up with this in the future or have in the past . Hopefully someone will teach you professionalism by then. Hopefully Savannah City Councilchooses a better business personnel for the Alderwoman. Your not it and you don’t decide it.
