My family had both side by side villas for 4 days - a long weekend. Both villas are furnished with anything you may need while in Safety Harbor. Having a bathroom on each floor was so helpful and considerate for privacy. We utilized both back yard patios and had group meals at each villa. Christine was quite accommodating to our requests. All of the recommended Safety Harbor locations were great for meals, shopping, relaxation and touring.

We had a wonderful time in Safety Harbor staying in the Key West Villa. It was a cosy feeling from the moment we opened the door. Great location, restaurants and Cafés are in walking distance. 10-15 minutes easy walk to the Pier of Safety Harbor. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. There is a nice breakfast place just across the street.
The Villa is confortable, super well equipped and really nicely decorated. With a Patio in the back inviting for breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. For us this was the perfect start to our vacation!!

Stayed at The Harbor Villa .
Beware of shower floor-it is like glass, wrong tile was installed. I slipped and fractured a vertebrae. 3 weeks of acute pain, and still have chronic pain. One outlet next to a small sink for all appliances, no screens on back or front door to enjoy the Florida weather. Felt like I was living in a garage.
Bed was comfortable, but the room was small. Not conducive for long stays.
I only took a shower there one time. Went to the spa in town to take showers after day 1.

This is the best short term rental we have ever experienced! Christine has thought of everything possible a guest could need. The location is perfect! The furnishings are impeccable and comfortable. Alexa also helped us listen to soothing music and added to the relaxation. If you are looking for a place to call home during a visit to the Tampa area, then look no further. The only thing you will be wondering upon arrival is “How soon can I come back?”

Absolutely Beautiful Italian villa. This villa was an absolute delight
Furnished with every thing you can think of
Cleanest place I've ever stayed in. LOVE the little nicety you left. Italian coffeecreamer.,wine,beach towels, snacks etc. That outside nook off bedroom was
just so divine. Love the quietness and peacefulness. Little town was charming.
Hope to stay there in future returns to Florida
Christine you've got it going on.
Christine was very knowledgeable was a tremendous help on places to go and things to do.

I have stayed in all 3 villas. Each has it's own charm and are all fully appointed with everything you need and more! The units are beyond clean and fresh. Location can't be beat. I can't recommend it highly enough. Christine and her villas are the best!
