I was last minute booking and they accepted me i stayed at 44 decenitos circle. And loved the old style look . we had 3 decks absolutely wonderful. I would definitely be bringing me and my family back we enjoyed every bit of our stay this weekend. So much to do we stayed right behind the golf course absolutely loved everything. Cant wait to come back.

My family and I also stayed at 12 Trevino Place. I wish I had read the other review beforehand. The damp, musty smell hits you at the door. The furniture is about 30 years old. The walls are nasty and stained. The carpet is nasty and stained. The recliners are broken. The pull out sofa bed is broken. The house is dusty and full of cobwebs. No way they’re using the $75 cleaning fee they charge to actually clean this place. The house was infested with roaches! I called management and it didn’t seem like a big deal to them. This house should not be rented out at all. I definitely do not recommend this company.

Shelly in the office is just awesome and very nice! This was the most seamless, easiest vacation plan ever. You book get your emails and wait to get to the fun! Everything is explained and they call to see if you have question 2 days prior and the day off. The home rental was spectacular and sooo clean! Very important during COVID-19 times! We've decided to make this a bi-annual visit! Definitely coming back!

This was our 1st vacation in 8 years. The pictures online looked decent enough. We stayed at 8 Lequita place. As soon as you walk in, the smell of mold hits you in the face. It's obvious they know this, because there are little renuzit air freshners in every room, along with table fans. In the closets, there are bags of "damp be gone". It's feels damp and wet, even after you shower. The shower curtains have mold on them. One bed didn't even have a fitted sheet. The vents are absolutely disgusting, filled with dust and mold. The deck is filled with spiders, webs and spider sacks. The office gives you a list of amenities with pricing at the clubhouses/ recreation center (pools, golf, pickleball etc...)but if you try to go, you will be turned away. Such a disappointment. We would never recommend staying here with your family.

We recently stayed in a 4-bedroom condo (12 Trevino Place) through this company for a golf vacation and it was dreadful. The house was damp & musty - the carpet was wet to the touch and badly stained. We knew that the decor was dated (circa 1975) but didn't expect that the beds would be that old too. The house smelled of mold, the wallpaper was torn or streaked with grime (or more likely mold), the bedding was literally falling apart, the towels were so thin and cheap I would have used them for rags at home. The lighting was so poor that with every light provided turned on it looked like twilight in the middle of the day. They should not be renting this property at all!!

The staff at Village Villas are a very professional group and I really thank you for all your help and support during our stay at 11 Belleza Court. The house was very nice and and the staff at Ponce de Leon and Granada were great. Sorry we didn't get to play our last round at DeSoto due to the weather, but we will be back in 2022. Thank you so much to the people of Hot Springs Village.

We were driving in to the village and called the business to get a day-of reservation for 2 nights. They ask if I have pets- I say I have a service dog. They ask the dog details- breed, size, etc. I know I don't have to tell them, but I did. They said they need the manager and will call back.
They call back 20 minutes later. Manager says- 'I am reading from the ADA site the 2 questions I am allowed to ask you.' He asks, I answer. He asks what type of medical alert. I said anxiety and hearing assist. He says 'how does the dog help you hear?' in a condescending tone. I tell him. He doesn't believe me. Then he said he doesn't have a place with the size beds we wanted- when the previous lady said they did.
My impression is that he didn't want to deal with the service dog, but didn't want a lawsuit.
I am disgusted by the discrimination. We told him this trip was an emergency visit for my grandmother in a health crisis- he didn't care, bhe was still rude, unaccomodating, and broke the law. Instead of a lawsuit I don't have time for I am leaving a negative review.
