Horrible experiences. Hoang Xuan Ly does not care if you have trouble with your flights and needed his assistant. You are way better off just booking your own flights online. Worst travel agent. Please do yourself a favor and used another agency.

Make sure you ask them about the change and cancellation fees before you buy the airline tickets. They did not inform me about this when I bought a few tickets for my family. When I wanted to make a change within one week after I purchased the tickets, I realized that there was a $225 change fee per ticket while the airline charged the customers only $50. I asked the travel agent the reason why and here is what they told me " You should know it, our price has been like that for the last decade". I was very disappointed when I heard that.
