I write this review on behalf of my Mother who is a senior citizen with limited proficiency in English and a lack of computer knowledge.
In 2022 my Mother became sickly and was unable to travel due to her ailments. She requested a refund from Vicky’s Travel Services and was denied the credit. My Mother even furnished a letter from a doctor stating that she could not travel and still was denied a credit by Vicky. So she pursued the BBB and in result won the case against Vicky’s Travel Services and received a credit. However the credit can only be used through Vicky’s and the agency does not want to assist my Mother with her booking. Vicky’s stated that they have more to lose by booking the flight for her. Vicky’s refuses to assist my Mother with booking travel with the credit she gave her. This is not the way that an elder should be treated and I firmly believe that my Mother has been taken advantage by this agency. If you want peace of mind and to be treated fairly DO NOT book with this agency!
